My boyfriend and I stayed here for five days and we kept joking that only "awesome" people enjoyed looe key.... but in the end, its true! The rooms are clean and have the necessary accommodations. The beds were a little small for my 6'5 boyfriend, but most are! He doesn't mind his feet hanging off a bit. Room service did... More

Room was okay but the customer service was really bad. When asked a question. The answer. We can not send you to the competion. I do not want to sit at a tiki bar and get hammer. I was looking for a good time. More

Thank you for your honesty in writing your review. First I would like to apologize for my staff treating you with disrespect. I always want our guests to feel welcome and comfortable. I encourage my staff to be honest with guests and inform them that we do have a TIKI bar onsite and it does have music nightly and at... More

This review is for the trip only, not the motel. This outfit was extremely organized and professional. We went snorkeling to Looe Reef, and what a trip it was! Magnificent sea life on this protected reef, the fish just swim along with you, they have no fear of people. There was only one other boat, so not crowded. The trip... More

This place is a good priced motel when you want to spend the night and take an early morning dive. The staff is friendly bot at the motel/dive shop and there were tons of barracuda and tarpon hanging out on our dive. Looe reef is a special site so I recommend checking it out and their hotel is a 40... More

I purchased a Dive Groupon to go on a 2 tank dive trip with Looe Key Reef Resort and they called the night before the dive to cancel the trip because of winds, this is understandable as it does happen but the fact that they had not gone out for a whole week should've been mentioned when we scheduled the... Lori, Again I apologize that we had to cancel your trip, trust me we wish the boat could go out everyday. As the manager I made the decision not to extend the Groupon or Living Social coupon experation date. I did that for many reasons. These coupons have been out since September. The boat has made well over 100 trips... More

The Kokomo Cat II takes you to the absolute best place to see large sea creatures. On our last trip, I saw (and got photos of), a 600 lb Goliath grouper (also saw a 300 and several 100 pounders), a beautiful eagle ray, a Caribbean reef shark, a Lemon shark and a Black tip reef shark. I realize that does... More

My husband and I went down with a group of friends, there were a total of 7 of us. We stayed the night before our dive trip at the motel on property, and then our dive started at 9am the next morning. We found our room to be what we expected. It wasn't nice, per se, but it was a... More

Saved tips for 3 months for this trip. Arrived to find a "dive center" where staff doesn't talk diving, but rather act like superstore clerks, hardly looking up from the cash register to take your money, cash you out, whatever. I ignored that to enjoy the trip. They weren't diving for weather. They can't help that, so we went to... More

The Looe Key Reef and Dive Center does a great job of locating at good points on the reef and keeping on schedule. We scheduled two previous days that were cancelled due to winds and seas. Today was perfect. The coral is beautiful. Lots of colorful tropical fish seem to like divers and swim right up to you. Barracuda, nurse... More
