My first time visiting will be my last. Very little to see. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN KEY WEST! Probably spent less than 10 mins there.

Hello Brad, Im sorry you did not enjoy you visit when you were here, but I am still happy you reviewed us online. All reviews help us and let us know how we are doing. Though most people spend around 45min looking through the over 550 exhibits in the Odditorium, the self guided nature allows you to read and play... More

But if you like this kind of stuff you will like this one I guess. Mostly for kids obviously. We stopped in because by mistake I put too much time on the parking meter. It's one of those computer things I didn't see where the display was and evidently you can't subtract hours, only add. Oh well. The exhibits are... More

Please do not waste your money!!! The staff only shows you 4 or 5 things and equipment quit working 3/4 of the way through the tour. Staff was more scared of cell ringtones and "Giant Operation Table"(kids game) going off than their own ghost detecting equipment going off. Once finished with the tour, customers asked staff to turn power back... More

Hello Puddle Pirate, I'm so sorry that you felt the Haunted Tour was only valued at 1 start. This is a first for us as we have yet to receive anything below a 4 and 5 star for this tour. While yes the number of haunted artifacts we pull out are limited, I hope you would understand the rarity of... More

A lot of the items require reading a good amount of information. To the point where you are standing still for minutes at a time. One child pinched my husbands leg because she thought he was a statue. Humorous. Takes a good hour to go through the exhibit.

Hi Sue! Thank you so much for visitin Ripley's. Like your husband, I have been working on cases and had people mistake me for an exhibit as well. Though much of the Odd and Unsusual exhibits and artifacts in the museum are self explanitory we make sure provide information show cards for each exhibit to supply as much history and... More

Burris, thank you so much for the great review. Yes, one advantage of an indoor attraction is getting out of the rain or the hot sun. Hi Frank Im so happy you enjoyed the Haunted Lock-Down Tour. Though we can not take all the credit. Since it is a NON theatrical tour, all the happenings are genuine. Some nights there isnt a lot of activity and on other tours we are clutching our holy water! lol. Its great to see other people enjoy the haunted happenings... More

We went on Friday night and booked the nightly lock down ghost tour. It was definitely creepy! The guide Ashley was informative and friendly. She was willing to answer any questions we had.
