Went to a class during a stay in Key West. The studio was inside a shop with a soft cushioned floor and white billowing curtains creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The class was friendly and informal. Booking was not necessary and the cost was about $16. The teacher was superb and we did exercises I have never done before... More

I've not done this before so I admit to being a bit of a newbie but while on holidays I went every day to the Yoga Sanctuary and took whatever was on offer between about 10 and noon. I tried a lot of different things as a result. It's a very informal studio - just show up a few minutes... More

What wonderful classes I attended while on vacation in Key West. The instructors were superb and the environment calm and peaceful. Everything needed to practice is provided at no extra charge. Class prices for 'drop-ins' are reasonable & it is very nice that they have the ability to run your credit card. FYI, entrance is on Catherine St. although the... More

Jeff and I look forward to our visit each year to Key West, and this is one of our favorite stops. Gretchen and her team are extremely talented individuals, with a keen sense of spirituality. The space is quaint and charming adding to the overall wonderful experience.

Attended three classes with three different instructors when I was in Key West on vacation and loved them all. It's very easy to drop in, and the studio is lovely.

The studio is tranquil and welcoming. I've been to classes with Alexa and Gretchen--both are skilled, knowledgeable teachers who impart a sense of calm--and all have been wonderful. I wish I could practice there every day!

I did yoga every day during my week in Key West. I took 3 different Yoga on the Beach classes, one at Shakti and went here on the last day. I wish I had gone here first. This was a great class but not for the beginner! If you are someone who does yoga regularly try this place first. If... More

Yet I have been practicing yoga for 6 years so I really wanted to enjoy a class that challenged me. Often I am disappointed by the beginning level yoga or meditative style I encounter when I am unfamiliar with a studio. I took the vinyasa class with Gretchen and it was exactly what I was looking for. It had plenty... More

I have taken some privates with Gretchen and classes at Yoga Sanctuary. It really isn't to be missed. If you are a practiced Yogi or a novice, you will find incredible grace, knowledge and presence with any of these knowledgeable instructors.

Awesome is right. I was so lucky to have three weeks off and do yoga everyday at the sanctuary. The staff is very friendly, well trained and calm. The schedule is great from beginners to experienced practitioners. All levels will feel comfortable and thoroughly worked out. They have different styles, exercises, and practices. In three weeks I improved my overall... More
