My partner and I took a tour with Ginny on our second day in Key West, the very beginning of September 2014. First of all, we had to shuffle around our activities because something else we were doing that day had to be rescheduled. My partner had called to see if we could change our bike tour to this particular... More

Thanks for the great review! I'm glad that we were able to take care of your schedule change. We do try to be as flexible as we can, and I must thank Ginny for being a good sport and doing 2 tours in one day in the oppressive heat we have at this time of year. Thanks again for taking... More

Firstly, the bikes are in excellent condition and very easy to ride. The braking is by reverse peddling, which is easy to get the hang of. Our guide Sarah (with an H) was very knowlegable. No problem cycling around the streets of Key West, very easy pace, and interesting calling points The slice of Key Lime Pie is a nice touch... More

This bicycle tour is definitely the best way to explore and get to know the island, particularly it's countless hidden treasures that present themselves in the form of historic residences, arquitectural gems, and important sites that define the personality of this free-spirited island. Chris (the owner) is incredibly knowledgable in terms of all aspects of the island, and in addition... More

Thanks! The tip about the water is always a good idea here in Key West, especially in the summer months. And we always finish the tour in the air conditioned comfort of the Key West Key Lime Pie Company's dining room with a slice of pie! More

We were a family of four in a larger group. We had a little difficulty with the bikes as the braking is by reverse peddling, but once that was mastered, no problems. It was a gently ride with frequent stops mainly turning right (for safety) around Key West ending with a slice of Key Lime pie. It ran from 10:00... More

Five of us drove to Key West from Miami to take the bike tour and enjoy Key West. From the easygoing Chris taking our reservation to Kim giving our tour, everything was as promised. We had a great ride and learned all kinds of fun and interesting facts and stories about Key West.

I have lived in Key West for a while now, but I didn't take a tour until my mother came to visit. Boy how I wished I had taken previously vacationing friends on this tour! I have a bad knee, so I was really worried about the back - pedal breaks of the bikes, plus the length of the tour.... More

Thanks so much for the great review! I've said it many times, one of my favorite groups is when it's a local along with some visiting friends and family. Even if you've lived here your whole life I'm sure I can give you some nuggets of information that you never knew. I'm glad you enjoyed the tour and I hope... More

The owner was amicable and knowledgeable. It rained so the tour went a bit long and was soggy, but that is weather in the tropics. The equipment was in good condition, and the pie was authentic and excellent. I would recommend this tour!

Thanks for the great review! I'm sorry about the rain, but there is nothing we can do about it here in the tropics. It actually makes it a bit of an adventure those few times that we have to pedal in the rain. And of course a nice slice of key lime pie at the end always makes up for... More

This was our first visit to Key West and we were extremely pleased with the Key Lime Bike Tour. We were interested in the history of Key West and a little bit of exercise. Our guide, Christopher, really captured the essence of the island and it's interesting and colorful history. Not only did he tell great stories, he stopped to... More

Thanks for the great review! I always wonder how many people take me up on my suggestion to read Hemingway's "To Have and Have Not". I think it's fascinating to read what Key West was like in 1935 as seen through the eyes of one of the greatest writers of all time. I'm happy that you enjoyed my tales also!... More
