Really appreciated that Nancy was very in tune with everyone's ability levels and gave great direction to each of the class participants, including myself, a beginner yogi. Visited Yoga on the beach twice last week with my mother and aunt. Nancy was great, funny, personable, real. I went to the Monday, Wednesday and Thursday classes at Fort Zachary Taylor. The instructors, Don and Nancy were friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The setting can't be beat for beauty. However, if you are used to a good yoga work out, this is not it! It is geared more to novices or older people.

Don and Nancy are wonderful leaders who make everyone feel welcome. The way they show us how to appreciate the ocean and wind is envigorating.
