We are 57, and my wife and handled this SUP stuff like veterans. It's much easier to maintain balance than I anticipated. Chris, our guide, was reinforcing and gently led us along. The most memorable part was lying on my back, pulling myself through beneath mangrove tunnels. We saw crabs, jellyfish,baby,small barracuda, iris, white herons, and more. Highly recommend this. More
