What a wonderful experience. Captain George made several hours aboard his lovely sailing catamaran a real treat. We spent the better part of the day sailing, snorkeling, and kayaking. He served great food for us throughout the tour, and while we were kayaking his avid knowledge of wildlife and the flora in Florida really made the trip all the more... more

My new wife and I were recently married in lovely Key West. We spent a lovely week enjoying the finer things of life. Food, drink, history, tours. Of all the things we did though, this stands out. This was one of the best things we did all trip. It was the off season so my husband and I were the only ones on the kayak tour. George was our captain and he was awesome - so funny, knowledgable and kind. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone and would highly recommend George! Thanks for a fabulous... more

I just got back from Key West two days ago and I went snorkeling three times with three different companies. We went on the Fury boat, Danger Charters, and JavaCat Charters. JavaCat Charters was by far the best and if I ever go back to Key West I will book with them each day. They allow only six people on... more

We just returned from a week in Key West. Our best day was spent aboard the Java Cat, captained by Carla. This was a 5-hour snorkeling, kayaking, supper, sunset sail adventure. My husband, myself and two other couples just got back from Key West. Duvall Street, the beach, the food it was an amazing trip. Rented a condo in Echo Gardens, beautiful house with a small but beautiful pool with plenty of privacy. The highlight of the trip for everyone was our day cruise aboard the Java Cat with Captain Carla.... more
