Southpoint Dive on Front St. Henry was the Dive Master for my son and he did a great job. The whole crew was very knwoledgeble and attentive to our needs and safety.

This is a wreck that can be dove by folks of various diving skill levels. Most of the dive can be done in 60-80 ft of depth with little or no penetration. That said, this is a huge ship that bottoms out at about 150, so there is adequate diving for all skill levels and desires. There are a ton... More

Definitely worth seeing. 2 dives r not enough. Haha. You half to dive one side and then dive the other. To the deck is like 98 ft. You cant go inside unless you hire a guide but saw plenty outside the wreck.

This is a very interesting dive, especially the bow. Tons of fish and a nice goliath grouper hanging out. 40 minutes went way too fast.

Wish we could have done more dives. Two dives does not do the Vandenberg justice. I will for sure try to make our way back to the wreck in the future to see how it is developing with the coral and sea life.

The Vandenberg wreck is a very fun and interesting SCUBA dive. On the second of two dives, we were dift diving the length of the ship. It was a great experience. The Vandenberg is a very interesting wreck that's just a few miles off of Key West.

I was hesitant to schedule a family dive on a boat with more than six passengers, but I am so glad that I did. The lady at the Captains Corner gazebo was helpful and more importantly truthful. She spent a lot of time explaining about the Vandenburg and reassuring my wife and son. My wife had to stop at the... More

It's been a while since I was able to dive on the Vandenberg and there is a lot more growth on her now. That makes it all the better. The art work added along the sides was very cool. I could dive this every day and still not see it all.

June 2012. I have dived on several small wrecks, but this 500 foot plus ship was extra special. I sailed on this ship just over 60 years ago when it was named the Gen Harry Taylor and was being used to transport immigrants from Europe to America through Ellis Island in New York City. Of course, this time it was... More
