What a thoroughly entertaining, interesting & fun attraction. Extremely good value for money. The entire (almost) area of Key West was covered by the service of the Conch Train. Get on & off as many times as you like. Tickets are for 2 days so no excuses for missing anything. The trains are clean the station immaculate & the drivers/guides are... More

We didn't have much time in Key West, so decided to take a guided Conch Train Tour to see as much as we could. Our host for the ride was Engineer Bob and he was just fantastic. Really seemed enthusiastic about the town and it's rich history. The ride was smooth and took us all around town to all the... More

We boarded the Conch Train around 11 am on our first full day in Key West. Including several brief stops, the tour takes about 90 minutes and gives you a good overview of the many things to see and do in Key West. We learned a lot of trivia concerning the city - such as why the roofs are made... More

The tour was OK but not much to see. We were told hop on hop off you could catch a later train every 15 minutes. YEAH RIGHT! We got off at stop 3 and walked to the beach which was a decent hike with 7&8 year olds. We return to stop 3 and wait for another train to hop on,... More

We were recommended the Conch train and weren't disappointed. It shows you most main sights and gives you some information about all the attractions and Key West generally. The 'engineer' was excellent and made it really good fun. It helped us get orientated to the whole area and was definitely worth doing.

The first, and most important fact is how small the cars are. I am 5'11" and it was an uncomfortable experiance. I cant speak for the usually daily Key West tour as we did their Holiday Lights version but it was impossible for my to sit forward as the cars are so compact. It was even worse for my husband.... Not much to see. Riding around the island for 90 minutes at 5mph just to fill up the time. Easier to explore on your own. I don't see why it is necessary to provide a tour for part of an island this small.

If it's your first visit to Key West this is a good way to start. The "engineers" are well versed and entertaining. It lasts about 90 minutes with a few short stops on the way. One word of caution... many of the streets in Key West are in bad shape so do NOT sit in the last car.. you may... More

This train tour makes 4 stops in Key West that are geared to the local tourist attractions. Most of the riders are elderly, as they don't want to walk down to Mallory Square from route 1 hotels and B&Bs....The historical information provided varied depending on the driver. We rode it 3 different times and received some different and varying information... More

The actual tour was adequate and gave us a good overview of the local layout and history, but poor connections and lack of coverage made me wish I had used the Old Town Trolley Tour instead. The tour only covers the west end of the island and has limited stops. The WORST part was the poor communications about shuttle connections.... More
