Not to be missed! The Hemingway House was one of the highlights of our stay on this quaint island. Our docent was a treat! He almost seemed to have known Ernest Hemingway and spent time with him here. His stories of the man and of his relationships with his wives and friends were fascinating and hilarious. This tour covers the time Hemingway lived in Key West. I did not know much about him before so it was fascinating. Also get the story of his cats, 62 of which are in residence now. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and truly interested in his subject. This is a must-see when you are in Key West!

This is something not to miss. Imagine visiting Papa while he was in residence here where he wrote all of his novels except the 3 before and the 3 after he lived in Key West. Our tour guide was most knowledgeable about Hemingway, his multiple wives, his adventures and his literature.

Visiting the Hemingway house was like taking a step back in time. Sitting on a bench and petting some of the 52 cats was an enjoyable part of my day. I would definitely make this a part of your sightseeing plans when visiting Key West.

We have visited Hemingways house in Cuba and this added to another dimension of Hemingway the person. The guide Bob was so informative and amusing this was a fantastic tour. We learnt a lot about Hemingway and the house. Really worth a visit.

Very informative and interesting. Just to here the story of the pool building is worth the price of admission and there's so much more. enjoy! Oh yah, stop and see the street vendor out from named Steve. He makes some very cool bracelets, anklets, etc. my wife bought a couple and they are very well priced. Nice guy!

The tour was great with a very interesting history about Key West and Hemingways history. If you dont like cats avoid the tour as there are 50+ on the property.
