It was my third visit to this venerable old house, steeped in history. We had a very informative guide who gave us a wonderful background on Hemingway and his tempestuous life! It was very hot that day so we did not spend extra time, but overall it is a wonderful piece of history to visit and should not be missed!... More

We just walk by the house. We did not enter the museum. Most of us thought it was a waste of time ( only had two days) and money to enter the museum, but it was cool to be there in front of Mr. Hemingway home. A lot of cats around:)

Our tour guide was excellent and so knowledgeable. The house is cool, the history of it even cooler! The cats are also a great attraction. Well worth the visit when in Key West!

An interesting tour, informative guide, relaxed, with time to go back and revisit any of the rooms and grounds. Beautifully cared for cats from Benny Goodman to Hadley Richardson.

Not much to see. No parking. Rude people. Sorry we did not enjoy this one at all. Happy to be out of there. Had first pool in Key West. Had washrooms.

This tour was informative and didn't take too long. Enjoyed the anecdotes from our tour guide and seeing all the cats that still live on the grounds. You have the option of a guided tour or exploring the grounds on your own. Has a small gift shop with Hemingway related books, gifts, etc. Is not air conditioned.

Very interesting character. Loved all the kitties! Beautiful gardens. Hemingways house really shows how far we have come with our creature comforts.

Excellent guide conducted us around the house. The cats were in evidence, although I could never quite count six toes. Hemingway's story came over well - may even have to read something.
