Air Conditioned, so good for those hot summer visits. Interesting insights into Truman's life as president. Not too much focus on policy, which was fine -- amazing that they have his actual furnishings.

As Florida’s only presidential museum, the Harry S. Truman Little White House was the winter White House for this country's 33rd president. Truman spent 175 days during 13 vacations in the home that is filled with original furnishing and memorabilia from Truman’s days. Presidents Taft, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Carter and Clinton also used the house. Guided tours offer guests a window into the world President Truman and life of a US president.

We enjoyed our tour of Truman's Little White House. The tour guide shared a lot of helpful information about the house and Truman's policies during his presidency. The tour is a little pricey but worthwhile.

This home is still used by the Leadership in out country. It is monitored by the Secret Service so no indoor pics are allowed. But is interesting to go through with a guide and get the real rundown on the history of the house and people who stay there. And it is air conditioned so that makes it very comfortable...

The Little White House is such a great piece of history. You will learn so many tidbits about President Truman's accomplishments and his family. The house contains original furnishings from the time when Truman visited there and has been beautifully restored.
The house still receives guests today of politicians and their families.

I am a history buff and always enjoy seeing former homes of Presidents. It is well-maintained with some nice memorabilia and if you have LOTS of time in Key West it is worth a visit. THere are probably other things I would do first, however!
