Had a great time watching the street performers. The Red Trousers were especially entertaining. Lots of fun little shops to check out!

Make sure you have a camera, so you don't miss that picture perfect postcard of breathtakingly beautiful views of the sun setting every evening at Mallory Square. Also, there is so much to see and do there. Good food and fun acts all around you!

Maybe I've been there too many times - sunsets are always good, but have to get there early to secure a place to sit. The acts really don't vary much from year to year - this year there was a pot belly pig one night when we went but never saw it again after the one night. It's good for... More

LIKED: The sunsets, the people we talked to, the mad entertainers, the schooners sailing by. DISLIKED: The noisy party boats and the inconsiderate motor boats that stopped between the square and the sunset. The crowd lets them know loud and clear though, and the courteous skipper will always move on to the cheers and claps of the crowd.

The sunset and sailboats playing in the distance are beautiful. (If you're lucky enough to get a good sunset) we missed out this trip as it was overcast. The performers are entertaining, so bring along some small bills to support their crafts if you enjoy the show. Talented artists can be found among the stalls.

Nice to have a beautiful sunset and all the street vendors at night. Good to take in the other points of interest earlier in the day.

You come to Mallory Square at sunset for "the show" the rest of the day it is just a big, open spot on the water. Every evening is different. You never know what will be there nor what to expect. Come with the anticipation of seeing anything. Jugglers, fire eaters, sword swallowers, acrobats, tattoos from head to toe, virtually naked... More

Make sure to get to Mallory Square while in Key West. Go just before sunset so you have time to see the many street performers prior to sunset. A variety of street performers display their skills right along the pier which offers a great view of the "Keys" sunset. Many good restaurants surround the area. We've been to Key West... More

Unless you are in the market for a tee shirt or touristy trinket, avoid this area. It is very interesting every evening for the sunset celebration. During the celebration, various performers are throughout the area and merchants have set up shop on carts to sell their wares.
