Unfortunately on our visit a cruise ship was docked and did not leave before the sunset; very disappointing.

If you visit Key West, you need to come with an open mind and an attitude that you are going to have some fun...otherwise WHY come??!! Mallory Square is a combination of sales stalls where you will find some tacky touristy stuff, BUT also some talented artists selling their work for very reasonable prices. Some of the street performers are... More

Seems like it's really gone down and now it's lots of duplicative acts. I don't really think it's worth spending more than one sunset in Mallory Square.

Mallory Square is the true heart of Key West. It is alive, it is vibrant, it's where everything happens. We visited the aquarium, at least 10 shops and boutiques, an ice cream shop and simply savored the tropical flavor of this part of town. We also ate lunch at a seafood house and visited a couple of museums and galleries.... More

Greetings where you are ! Sunset was very nice. There are lots of street performers there. Some shows good, some honestly ridiculous. What a motley collection of characters ! Ice cold drinks available every 100 feet, most reasonable. Pocket picked clean to the tune of $120. Crowds heavy. Take precautions, and do not suffer the same fate. Enjoy !

This is the best place to watch the sunset and also see street performers. Also good restaurants walking distance away.

There were a couple of good acts at Mallory Square. It was much more tame than what I expected. We enjoyed watching the sunset at Mallory Square.

Enjoyed the entertainment and vendors. We didn't get to see the sunset because of the weather. This was the only disappointment of the trip.

We had an overcast evening and did not see the sunset at all. However, the street entertainers were very good and there were some vendors with unique and interesting things to sell. It is worth the time to go one evening while in Key West. If there is a good sunset, I am sure it is amazing.

No place like Mallory Square to view the Sunset. It was very crowded when the cruise ships are there but all in all a very nice place to visit.
