Called at the last minute when another company cancelled our reservation and Rainbow Reef came to the rescue. They squeezed us in so we wouldn't have to change our travel plans. The customer service was amazing and they really went the extra mile. We did a Open Water course with Dani and it was a fantastic experience. She was an... More

Went here to do a couple dives after getting my Advanced Open Water Diver certification. We had a very crowded boat but there were plenty of staff on board; they actually switched out our tanks for us, rinsed our masks, whatever you would want (or they would not do it if you preferred that.) Each crewmember was informative and helpful.... More

I'm a relative novice diver (12 open water dives). ... and silly me: I left my dive book and card at home. They were able to look up my certification and all was well. This was a fun dive to two spots on French Reef. We had good weather, and seas were 2-3 feet, so it wasn't very rocky and... More

We have been diving with Rainbow Reef for at least 5 years, typically two one week trips each year. As repeat customers we clearly vote for them with our money every year, we love the internship program and the skilled dive masters in the water every dive. As a pretty experienced diver, over 400 in many places, I was ready... More

I could not sing enough praises of Rainbow Reef! My brother & I recently received our OW dive certification from them & the experience was amazing. From the kiosk to the boat crew to the instructors, everyone was friendly and helpful. Don't let their young age fool you - they all know their stuff. Our instructor, Dani, was incredible, encouraging... More

Rainbow reef helped me finish two specialty courses in deep and wreck diving to obtain my master scuba diver certification. My instructor Dan Weeks was fantastic and I learned so much from him. Plus, we had a great time! All of the staff and crew members were excellent and helped make this such a good week. I will be back,... More

I was part of a group of about 30 kids and adults who went out on a snorkel trip with Captain George and Kelly. They were wonderful with both kids and adults, seeing that everyone had a good time and stayed safe. The boat is set up more for diving, but it was the perfect size for our snorkeling group.... More

I just wanted to say thank you for showing me a really good time at my open water cert recently. I will never ever dive with any other dive shop in Key Largo. Rainbow reef has a really friendly staff. My dive instructor was Meghan shultz and she was simply amazing! Smart, funny and very outgoing. Also Chris Adams is... More

Every dive experience I've had in Florida, from West Palm Beach to the Keys, has been great. But Rainbow Reef is absolutely the cream of the crop! The thing that sets them apart from the others is their incredibly friendly and attentive staff and crew. Everyone from the people checking you in at the kiosk, to the rental equipment, and... More
