Owner description: The Caribbean Club, a Key Largo landmark, is the place to find stiff drinks, breathtaking sunsets, rich history, live music and even livelier folks. Locally owned and operated since 1963, the Caribbean Club is one of the last relics of Old Key Largo. Both locals and tourists are at home in this watering hole filled with memorabilia from the Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall classic Key Largo that was filmed at this location. It boasts live music Thursday through Sunday nights, daily happy hours and a dog-friendly atmosphere. Come by car, boat or bike and enjoy stiff drinks, live music, and beautiful sunsets.

What a fun place with an absolute beautiful sunset! The kids love it because they can run around outside while the adults have a cocktail! The people here are so friendly!!

Great bar with live bands Thrus-Sat. Cheap bear is my favorite characteristic about the Caribbean Club.

We are just your average 40 somethings on vacation, we stopped in for an after dinner beer on our way back to the hotel from the Big Chill, because of the Bogart movie no less... There was about a dozen older men (no women) tying to look like Hemingway. .. they stared at us like we were Aliens. Even the... More

The Caribbean Club faces the Sound. We stopped in to grab a beer on our long walk back from Winn Dixie. It was a good middle spot to stop in our walk. We were tied up down by West Marine. I would suggest renting bicycles at the shop next to West Marine. The shopping is further away by foot than... More

We came here on a Saturday night around 11 and there were maybe 5 people in the whole place. We could tell this was a locals hangout because people just stared at us. The bar was cash only which was not well-advertised. We stayed for a round then dashed.

it's a great gathering of locals on Tuesdays for a light fun round of Trivia. Kristy and Kathy do a great job hosting this weekly event. Mondays are great for movie night too. The best sunsets are to be had here. It's definitely not fancy, but we don't live in the keys to be fancy. It's casual, casual and that's... More

Cool location, lots of history here. Larry the bartender is the man! Make sure that you bring cash because they don't take plastic!
