We took this boat ride in the last week of December during our Florida vacation. First of all, boat had lot many people on board for everyone to comfortably sit. Boat took more than 50 min to reach the reef. It did not even stay 10 min at the reef and returned. Tour guide was extremely horrible. Her voice would... More

We are sorry for the technical difficulties we were having that day. The Captain is responsible for the safety for the passengers and crew, they make the call how long to stay out once you get to the reef. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your vacation and will try cruising with us again! More

Had a great time on this boat tour! Chose the 4pm cruise and enjoyed a spectacular sunset!! The staff were very professional and knowledgeable about sea-life and coral. We learned quite a bit about the environment and history of the region. The ride was very comfortable -- only one passenger got sick (as far as I could tell). The ride... More

I loved staff and crew. Loved glass bottom and seeing corals. Great for those who can't snorkel. It can be chilly so bring warmer clothes for when in wind. I thought was a smooth ride (no one got sick like other reviews)

Recently went on this tour over the Christmas period. The cost was $24 per person. However you also have to pay $9 each to enter the state park. The tour lasts around 2 hours with around 25 mins spent at the reef. As with these sort of things it's down to luck what you see. Obviously you see the reef... More

We had a Living Social coupon for the tour. Not sure I'd pay the regular price for the trip otherwise as it's a bit costly for two hours but for the discounted offer it was great. Relaxing, fun, and saw lots of great fish! Great afternoon trip.

Had not read reviews before, maybe would have hesitated.Somehow got into it after learning that Biscayne national park does not offer boat tours presently. Well, the Coral Reef is certainly beautiful and we also saw different coloured fish. However, the stay at the reef itself was very short (20 minutes), the boat pace still quite fast. The information provided not... More

This is not a must do in Key Largo, but since this is the capital of scuba diving and if you do not dive or are waiting for a diver this is a great attraction to do while you wait. The trip takes 45 minutes to get to the reefs and 45 minutes to come back. It takes around 20... More

this would have been a really great trip. However, for whatever reason there were large groups of international travelers all of whom spent most of the tour throwing up -- and the sea wasn't even all that rough. It definitely detracted from the atmosphere.

Reviews are subjective so take this for what it is worth.... We read reviews and what was the deciding vote for us was the "local reviews" praising the experience. Pros: 1. It was clean. 2. It wasn't crowded. 3. Narrator knew a lot of information on the reef. 4. Beautiful day....windy once we got to the reef. Cons: 1. Boat... More

We are glad to hear you got some good information from the trip and it is customary (not mandatory) to tip your boat crew for they do work for tips and work very hard to keep the boat up-kept and up to Coast Guard regulations. We thank you for your input and hope you come cruise with us again. More

For some reason, I expected more. We did not have the most beautiful day to take this trip and that may have impacted our reaction to this attraction. I saw the reviews for the boat online and did anticipate that this would offer some really memorable underwater sightings. It was somewhat pricey for what we saw. I would not tell... More
