I don't think there is 25 feet of water but there is much to see. I had a picture of myself with the 15 foot Christ statute but no idea where it is now. You can expect to see sting rays and a lot of very colorful fish. I had scuba, but most of it is shallow enough for snorkelers... More

Great place to snorkel. Great people on boats help all out. Beach was filled with tons of seaweed and smells. Better to go to Marathon beaches.

One hour south of Miami the Pennecamp park in Key Largo offers a lot. Paid entrance to the park itself ( $10 for 4) bring your gear or rent there( $ 2-3 per indivual gear), small shop with snack, sandwich and souvenir. or bring your own. You can use the small beach or enjoy a 21/2 or 5 hours snorkeling... More

I went snorkeling. The beauty, the sea life, the general activities of the creatures were worth the whole trip. I didn't want to get out of the water. However I really got a sunburn.

Loved our first snorkeling trip. Saw many colorful fish and a variety of coral. Go during low tide since the water is calmer then and you are less likely to get sick on the boat ride out. Also take Dramamine before you go out. People who didn't take a pill got sick on the glass bottom boat ride even though... More

My wife and I snorkel when possible on tropical vacations. While on a work trip, we drove down with another couple from Miami (about an hour) to the State Park early Saturday morning. We read about this park and contracted snorkel boat on-line. This was among the best snorkeling we've enjoyed (compares to Cozumel). The company makes it pretty easy... More

We had a blast, the shows were fun for all ages and the staff was great. Not a bad price and they give military discounts.

What fun! Do it! It completely safe and you will forever be an aquanaut. Even the dinner was lovely. And all the free scuba you want.

The best snorkeling in the continental US and much better than Antigua, St. Martin, St, Kitts, Aruba and many other famous islands.

All of Key largo is clear and usually calm. Occasionally there are some currents, but they are usually mild in my experience.
