We were traveling to Key West and we stopped in to see the home of the Undersea Lodge. We already knew you could not get a reservation on short notice, so it was only a sight seeing excursion. We walked into the small gift shop and attempted to ask some questions and the woman was so overtly rude it bordered... More

Snorkeled on the reef and saw many big fish like barracuda. A huge sea turtle swam by as well as a large reef shark...it was like being in a great big aquarium!

One of best snorkeling sites in US, don't miss opportunity. Just a short boat ride off shore. Very shallow waters at some points and many charters in the area. Not recommended for young children.

My boyfriend was taking a scuba class with Sail Fish Scuba and it was too windy for us to get out on the boat, I really wanted to do their guided snorkeling tour on the reef. However to be safe they cancelled their boat tour and moved training & my snorkeling to this close by lagoon. I admit I was... More

Amazing underwater life, with fantastic amount of species. Very nice and service minded people that will help you and serve you In any way you need. I was traveling alone and one of the crew members became my dive buddy, without any extra cost. I went there in 1997 Fantastic people and service!

I was skeptical about visiting this Park attraction, but was pleasantly surprised! The shows were great for small children, but were amazingly informative for older kids & adults. The 30-something guides (interestingly all female) were enthusiastic and very professional. Their animal shows were very educational & entertaining, with the animals rightly being the stars. The Park is like an intimate... More

Probably super cool at one time. My husband dove and I snorkeled. It is a bit small. The underwater items were just ok.

Two hour trip: 45' out, 45' back, 30' moving slowly over the coral beds. Nice boat ride with pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Smooth start, but when offshore the announced "1' chop" turned out to be 3' waves. About 20-30% experienced some seasickness. When we arrived at the viewing area, guide suggested the passengers "all get friendly and pleasant". Reason was... More
