This half-mile-long, crescent-shaped patch reef is an interesting dive site since it is highly developed and similar to those of most outer bank reefs in the Key Largo area.

Beautiful!

We went on a very windy and rainy day, wasn't too bad while we were out there snorkeling. We saw tons of colorful fish, coral, huge lobster, and conch shells!

Saw tons of fish and coral. Strong current, though. Spent an hour in the water and it was a workout!

Took a boat from John Pennekamp State Park; we were hoping to see Christ of the Abyss, but our captaIn chose the Grecian Rocks; they did not disappoint. We saw some huge fish of many varieties. It was a pleasant boat ride about 6 miles out to the location.

This was our third spot during our snorkel trip and a favorite. The current and waves were very strong in other areas but this area was calm and perfect for a relaxing swim. Our group saw multiple conch, sea urchins, coral, plants and a small green turtle. Great Spot!

This used to be an amazing reef but there has been a lot of damage over the last five years. A lot of broken off coral....and a lot of the commercial boats go there with tons of people because it is right next to the reef with the statue. If you like people, go here. Otherwise, stay away.

Had a wonderful time snorkeling here. Went out from John Pennekamp State Park, lots of fun, they worked with us with our youngest son who got scared before entering .. Crew was great and helpful. We had lots of fun.

This was an amazing place for the kids to do their check out dives for diver certification. We had a blast playing here with Emocean Sports.

We took a snorkel tour from John Pennekamp which was totally worth the $30 per person. We snorkeled for about an 1-1/2 hrs and saw a sea turtle, large parrot fish, and about a dozen other types of tropical fish.

It was a rough day so the captain took us here. Very different from the Dry Rocks trip. Saw barracuda and eagle rays and tons of fish among brain coral. Good snorkeling and a great captain (George) and 1st mate Mike on the Pennecamp concessions boat. Heads up people, there's a tip box, do these guys right and show them... More
