My twin daughters, who are now 15, have been diving with Michael and Dave here for several years on our trips to the Keys. Michael was their dive master when they were certified for open water. My wife and I and sometimes their friend snorkel on top. They have several dive spots to pick from and are very people friendly.... More

My wife Angie (a Rescue Diver) and I, Stephen ( a Divemaster), went to Key Largo Florida for a week vacation this August 3-9, 2014. What an amazing vacation it was due to many factors, but by far the main reason was Island Ventures. Captain Michael Byars and Mate Will, were beyond what we ever expected. They were very professional... More

My instructor Michael was awesome. He was funny, layed back, and easy going. I had a great time on our dives and I would certainly come back to Island Ventures in the future.

The diving in the Florida Keys is simply amazing! I've had similar vis in exotic places like Belize and Honduras- crazy that triple digit visibility can be found in the US. I did a few training dives with Island Ventures while working on my Advanced Diver certification. The instructors were great and patient. The dives were amazing and made even... More

Great diving with instructor Will Mainord. Courteous, professional, personable. Awesome dive spots chosen to meet the experience, preference and expectations of the students. Lots of fun and excitement. I would recommend Will and Island Ventures to anyone.

My wife and I went down to Key Largo several times. At first for the open diver course, then advanced and other trips. It was always so fantastic and could not have been better. I you need a buddy or an instructor for a course- ask for Will. You'll never find a better guy.

As an experienced PADI diver I wanted a great learning experience for my fiancé. I cannot begin to express just how pleased we both were with our Dive Instructor, Michael Byars and Dive Master Suzanna Simpson. Both were professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, about the Keys, it's history, aquatic life, and all things SCUBA. We highly recommend diving with Mike... More

Captain Dave and his crew are professional, passionate, and down to earth. We stayed in Key Largo for a week in July on our first dive trip and they took great care of us. Since we were beginners they took us to all the reefs and wrecks that we could dive at our level which there are plenty of in... More

You want a good company to Scuba Dive with? This is it. My Son and I went on our first Scuba Dive with Island Ventures. We got a Recommendation from our Dive Shop in Naples. Blindly, we tried them. Wow.... From the first impression and introduction, you knew you were going to be happy customers. Capt. Dave, and Co-Capt Bill,... More
