The girl behind the counter was efficient, not much to say about her. My first impression before we even boarded the boat, the mate Kate, didn't seem very genuine ...Her shorts outfit looked like she never cleans her clothes, which seems a bit unprofessional. She took enough smoke breaks which I find annoying, but other than that, she did a... More

Great captain, great boat, great reefs, great first mate....they were so helpful and knowledgeable! Went to 2 reefs and spent plenty of time at both!

We we're really excited to take our two daughters who are in the 20's on their first snorkeling adventure. The reefs were really beautiful. Marissa was somewhat attentive but paid most of her time and attention to one family. The most disappointing thing was that there was a sign that said no smoking which made us very happy because my... More

We booked our trip weeks in advance after reading lots of great reviews, and after reading about all the beautiful reefs they take you too. We have snorkeled in south Florida and the Bahamas so we knew what to expect. First thing we noticed was the boat was way overbooked. The mate had a headcount of 49. Even if the... More

Kate and the Captain were so helpful and fun to be with! Took us out to the reef and made our experience feel very safe and fun. Neither of us were experienced with snorkeling but we really had a great time. Saw a ton of cool fish at the sunset tour. Would recommend to anyone asking!

Captain John and Kate the Mate were both friendly and helpful. The boat was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We saw a wide variety of fish and Coral at Mosquito Reef; the water was clear and the reef is big enough to swim around and see many things. Shallow enough to go down and see things up close. Go and... More

Nestled between a Valero and a Circle K Service Station on the Overseas Highway/Route 1, you’ll find a number of booths lining the canal area next to Courtyard by Marriott and The Holiday Inn. Some cater to strictly divers, there is The African Queen Tour Boat and some accommodate both divers and snorkelers. We had contacted Reef Roamer about one... More

We went down to key largo for the day. Decided to book a snorkel tour as our activity for the day. Reef-roamer/quicksilver snorkeling is the company we picked from the list of online options. It was easy to book online and had no issues checking in. The crew was great, no problem there. My issue lies with the locations we... More

We were on family trip at the Reef Roamer Snorkel tour on Saturday June 13th, 2015. We had good time with the family but there were problems with the operations. The site of snorkel is nothing impressive, coral reef are small and the visibility was bad. I understand this is not a fault from the operator but the biggest fault... More

Our family went out and it was the first snorkel trip for our kids. Reviews were so positive about how they treated the kids, but it felt like the captain was bored and just wanted to get the trip over. The mate was a bit more friendly, but when I asked questions about the reef she said, "I don't know.... More
