We had a fun 3 hour cruise on one of the catamarans. About a half hour out to John Pennekamp reef, an hour of snorkeling and then a pretty sunset sail home with complimentary rum drinks. Approx $50 per person with the snorkle equipment. Maybe 20 people on our sail.

We had planned an afternoon with another outfitter who cancelled on us so we hooked up with Reef Roamer on short notice. They cautioned us about rough seas and need for strong swimmers and no first time snorkelers. Nevertheless, I went with my 13-14yr old kids and we had a blast. The sea was choppy on the way out, but... More

Took the Family out on the Sunset Snorling cruise with Capt. Glen and First Mate Kate on the Quicksilver March 31, 2015. The best way I can describe it is to say it was like going out with old Friends! Their warmth and hospitality were far beyond anything we expected. They both made us feel welcome and genuinely appreciated, and... More

We are divers but did not bring our BC's with us on vacation just our fins mask and snorkel..we booked for 1230 snorkel trip and arrived 1 hour prior! The boat left promptly. guests were helped aboard by the first mate Kate although it was a full boat it was still pretty comfortable..we went to two different reefs, the water... More

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday. We're pretty relaxed people, and these guys were great. Book your day online to make your check-in easier, and know that if you're not bringing your own gear it's $8 a person for a set of fins, mask, and snorkel. Bring your own snacks and drinks (you can get done at the... More

Get coupon on web for $3 off. Easy to book. Nice boat, limited shade so board early Reasonably priced catamaran. Two stops. Minimal service on the boat, one guy for 40 people , ok for us but probably not recommend for beginner. Since staff does not get in water. Drinks and water for purchase on board.

We booked our sunset snorkel trip for today. Arrived 25 min early and there was one person signing all passengers in. Very disorganized: phone was ringing and she was doing her best to get everyone registered and help customers book for other trips. After we checked in we stood by the dock waiting to board our trip. At 5:00 the... More

Our family recently sailed and snorkeled with Reef Roamer on February 24th. What an awesome experience! The captain and Kate the Mate as well as John the 2nd Mate were incredible and made sure that everyone was safe but had a great time. We snorkeled in 2 different areas that were beautiful and full of various sea life. On the... More

We took our big group of 50 out with Reef Roamer and it was awesome. Kate, the first mate, did a great job of engaging the group, explaining how all of the gear worked, and looked after everyone when they were in the water. The conditions of our trip were not the best, but the weather is kind of the... More

We have enjoyed both the snorkeling and sunset cruises from Reef Roamers. The staff is helpful and friendly, and it is a great way to experience the Keys vibe. Make sure you arrive early, and pack some snacks. Drinks are available for a reasonable price.
