This was horrifying. Jellyfish EVERYWHERE. THE staff knew it but still took everyone out. Yes, I get it, you cannot control the ocean HOWEVER this should have been canceled that day. You were stung just getting off the ladder. Jumping in the water and Everyone, yes every single person had MULTIPLE STINGS. Face, all over their body. THIS COULD EASILY... More

We recently went on the evening sunset/snorkel cruise with Reef Roamers. Everything was lovely except that the captain smoked the entire time, in spite of no smoking signs about. You can't say..do as I say, not as I do. I really found this offensive and probably a breech of company rules. Getting on board there was a big step from... More

We went on an evening snorkel. An hour out, and hour snorkel and an hour back. The boat trip and the crew were the best part. Crew was friendly but the reef was dying. Not much life to it and hardly any fish. Also the water was cloudy. Much, much better snorkeling when we got to Key West.

We had a great time. Juliane was wonderful. The captain was knowledgeable and funny. Reasonable price. After the snorkeling, they passed around a "fish sheet" so that you could identify what you saw. Pretty cool.

Went to two different reefs and saw tons and tons of tropical fish. Crew was great and very helpful. Would choose this boat over the ones located at John Pennekamp.

Originally my wife and I had made arrangements to go out on a private charter with another boat; however the captain blew his knee out and called us the night before and canceled. I was determined to snorkel the reefs though! So we took the Reef Roamer out & I have some of the best videos and pictures I could... More

Worth every penny! We were a party of 13; 8 adults and 5 kids. They were extremely flexible with us when we had to re-book our trip due to poor weather conditions. Since our party was so large they offered all of us free rental gear, which was a huge savings at $8 per rental. The captain was attentive and... More

We were part of a wedding party that booked this far in advance. My initial thought was this was going to be a disaster based on the customer service abilities of the girl at booth. I do not know if there was a miss communication during booking or what but apparently what was booked and what she was saying were... More

OMG!!!My boyfriend and I went on our first snorkeling trip to celebrate his 23rd birthday and I have got to say, the crew, the attention, the helpfulness, and the ease of everything was just great. The lifeguard, Sam, and the captain of the boat were two very nice people who made you feel welcomed. We were able to go on... More

This trip was amazing! They offer rentals for all the gear you need and even have noodles to use with your life vest. We went to two reefs and saw plenty of tropical creatures including sting rays and sea turtles. We took our seven year old and the crew was GREAT with him! When you are done snorkeling you can...
