What a long weekend of feeling special. Every staff member from reception to bus boy were polite, responsive and there to make our stay enjoyable. The beds are comfortable, the shampoo is good and smells wonderful, the towels are soft! The spa facilities are top notch and so relaxing. I would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for... More

We're staying at the Ritz Carlton at Key Biscayne for a few days. It is an amazingly beautiful spot on a gorgeous long beach. It doesn't really compete with our Gulf Coast beaches but the resort is very nice. Perhaps it's one of the smallest of the Ritz we have been privileged to stay at because the grounds do not... More

A relaxing stay at this fabulous hotel. Easy and fast check in. We got an upgrade to an ocean view room at no extra charge. Beautiful sunrise. Room was clean, spacious, mini bar and small kitchen . Food was delicious, fresh, well served. Beach clean, warm water, not crowded. Plenty of beach chairs just waiting for you. Pool area with... More

To me, value can be represented as an equation: quality / price = value. This hotel had an extremely high quality to it (I will explain in further detail) but I felt for the money it cost you were just simply not getting enough. First, the pros: Service was exceptional. Housekeeper kept room perfect. Even folded some clothes I had... More

Weekends away without the kids does not happen often. Spent 3 nights for our anniversary. We highly recommend you stay here. It is everything you expect from the Ritz. We travel often and have stayed in many nice resorts but nothing compares to the Ritz. The rooms are spacious. The beds and linens are very comfortable. Service on the beach... More

Just got back from our 4-night stay. My husband and I each had a massage and I visited the spa several times when I was there. The sauna and steam room are complimentary for all hotel guests and they provide you with a locker (as well as robe, shoes, etc). The staff were very nice and welcoming and the spa... More

I have to say when I am looking at Trip Advisor reviews I read from the bottom up. I ignore the worst reviews and look at the middle. I was shocked to read people complain about the service levels at the Ritz. I now think that some just don't get it. From the moment we arrived the service was excellent.... More

My husband and I stayed this past weekend at the Ritz. This hotel is special to us because we got married there and it was just special. Pretty much the entire time we were there we experienced top notch service and attention. Everyone seemed to know your name and you could be walking around the hotel and everyone seemed to... More

The hotel is beautiful. More casual than most Ritz - Carlton hotels. The fine dining restaurant for example doesn't use table cloths. I suppose that is in keeping with the location. My check in experience was weak, as a group from South America arrived just before I did and it took nearly 30 minutes to check in. Spa is closed... More
