Growing up I used to come here with my family on weekends. On a recent trip back to Miami I decided to check it out since it had been years and I have lots of good memories of this place. The beach is cleaner and less crowded than South Beach. Watch out if you are hiking...the crocodiles are real!!!

Nice long beach, I like it weekdays for long bike ride, including all of Key Biscayne. Bike trail is nice, old zoo is cool ride through and visit remaining birds there. Visit state park too.

Key Biscayne North or South Crandon Beach is my favorite beach in all of Miami. It is beautiful and serene. The water is very calm and great for swimming.
