I was so happy to find a beach that was PRO DOGS! This beach is FREE and is right off the highway in Key Biscayne. It does cost $1.50 to cross the bridge to get there, so make sure you bring cash for that. The beach is on your right, right when you cross the bridge. It is a nice,...
