We played this course three times while we were staying at the Ritz-Carlton. It was just a quick 30 second walk from the lobby to the pro shop, which was really nice. The people working in the shop were great - both personable and helpful. It was rather warm so we played at 2:30pm or later - getting great twilight... More

Great course but a expensive, but that is to be expected since it is part of the Ritz-Carlton hotel. The course was in great shape even with the hot weather.

Enjoyed two rounds of golf at this very nice golf course. Pro shop staff was accommodating as well as the cafe's staff where we had lunch.

The course had a great layout but the greens were average at best. You could tell the greens were recently punched and they rolled horrible... I'm from south MS and we have numerous courses that are much better for the fraction of the cost... I guess I'm spoiled... I did however enjoy the layout and the service was superb!

We played here as guests of the R-C hotel. We played mid-morning on a Friday and had the place to ourselves. It was in great shape. The tee boxes were in especially good shape as were the fairways and greens. Really, nothing was amiss in maintenance. There are some houses along the course but they are far enough back that... My son took golf lessons here for a few weeks and felt the instructors and course were very good. They were very helpful and flexible to match our schedule.

Tale of 2 courses; the front nine is extremely tight and challenging. The back nine while more open hash marshes that come into play. Overall this was a great course. We played on a Sunday and the traffic was extremely light. I'm a member of Heathrow Country Club so this is a sister course. I think the only other way... More

This is one of those flat, open courses that will be easier for the best golfers, but a good test for everyone else. It was in outstanding shape with greens, fairways, and rough set up perfectly. Coming in on the 18th is a good finishing hole... Greens have more undulations than you think at first.

Take a deep breath and enjoy the smell and sound of the ocean. The wonderful quaint downtown area with the ice cream shops, art studio the Saloon, the great restaurants and the wonderful view of the Ocean and the shrimp boats as they come in from their long day at sea. enjoy Fort Clinche and experience the charm of the...
