The water is crystal clear and the sand feels warm and soft under your feet. The entrances are very close to the water which makes this beach good on a hot summer day! There is also a nice amount of good looking seashells to collect.

Anyone who likes to exercise should make their way to Carlin park. The mulch covered track spans around 2 1/2 miles with small hills and curves throughout. Every 20 yards or so has an exercise station with directions to a parcor. Some have bars or pegs to perform on. Best to stop in the morning or evening to avoid the... More

I've only been to Carlin Park for Palm Beach Shakespeare, but it is always a great place to see a show. Clean, well taken care of, and safe. It is nice to have a county that cares about the arts, and provides such an environment to enjoy them. And you're right across the street from the beach, AND Duke's Lazy... More

During the day, this is a fine park to visit for a great beach, swimming area, tennis courts, playground areas, a 'heart' trail & a very good restaurant (Lazy Loggerhead) for breakfast & lunch. However in the early morning & after dark times, this is a prime area for nesting during turtle season (April - October with June - August... More

This beach has ample parking, picnic tables, showers, abfood vendor and playground. The water had a lot of seaweed and a fairly quick drop-off to deep water.

A family-favorite local beach - plenty of parking, covered picnic tables, grills, restrooms, showers & conveniently located Duke's Lazy Loggerhead Cafe for breakfast or lunch.

Beach was beautiful with easy acess from the parking lot (free). Park offered many activities (ball fields, playground, picnic area, cafe, ice cream, bike lanes). The beach was split into two areas, a high spot and a lower area near the water. Hard to climb up but the sand was beautiful and water was nice. Not very crowded when we... More
