We had a few hours to spend before our Spring Training game at Roger Dean Stadium. We were very pleasantly surprised by the variety and types of animals being cared for at the sanctuary.

Busch is a great attraction for the entire family. It is not a very big sanctuary which is nice if your hauling around kids (or old people). They have a lot of native wildlife and facts about the animals. Nice place to spend a couple of hours on a nice sunny south Florida day.

Very interesting place to visit. It's a managable size to tour, so it's great with small kids as well as seniors. You must stay for the presentation in the outdoor classroom. The docent was so informative. My grandson loved touching all the various animals. A must see & do...

Get all up in the grills of native (mostly) animals at this vest pocket sanctuary. The tiny enclosures guarantee good viewing and appear to suit the down on their luck denizens. The staff is pleasant and informative.

I am so glad a friend recommended this place to us. It's huge! They have so many native south Florida wildlife. They have daily shows and even story time for the kids. It's a non profit that only asks for donation in lieu of admission prices. The gift shop was cute and you can even bring a picnic. They provide... More
