Very surprising! We took five children 1-9 years old and they loved it. The layout is simple and natural. The animals were pretty much all out and available for viewing. Make sure to make a purchase in the gift shop as there is no admission charge.

It was very interesting to visit this place. The most amazing thing is to learn what kind of animals are common to Florida. However, the cages a bit small for all these poor guys.

This made for a pleasant couple of hours walking around. The Sanctuary is free, and it incorporates the swamp area for some of their animals. They take animals that have been injured or abandoned and take care of them and either release them back to nature, or keep them if they could not survive their reintroduction in to their natural... We only had a couple of hours and that was fine. You can see this rescue and rehabilitation facility easily in a couple of hours. Makes it a great place to take kids to teach them about native animals and how to be responsible patrons of nature. You can also get a lot of the special programs done in that... More

It was a nice little jaunt through the sanctuary and the animals were great. Amazing they could do so well and keep it a free attraction. If you're in Jupiter, I would definitely take a peek

This is a great place for children, especially the very young because it is smaller than most zoos and it is free. They have donation box to help with rescue effort and keep things going.

This place takes in wounded wildlife and gives them a great home with natural surroundings as practical. A few hours at most, its a great place to visit for kids and adults. Enjoy the change of scenery without losing the day to it.

I was looking something to do and this place was exactly what I want. No far away and no admission fee. The place is clean, plenty of animals, awesome gift shop and spacious parking lot. I saw a lot of kids happy and enjoying the adventure. We made donation but is optional.

This is a wonderful wildlife sanctuary. Children of all ages will love it - adults too. Be sure to come back on there 3pm wildlife story hour to get a chance to pet an animal. It is free, but a donation is appreciated. Gift shop has some cool items too. And they also have an amazon.com wish list if you'd... More
