The mission of the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary is reason enough to visit. Supporting the life of injured animals and birds is something all ages can appreciate. Perfect no cost outing for the children. Educational and peaceful. Go! Go!

Its free admission, and my nephews enjoyed it, what I liked about it was that the place was all shaded so the heat was bearable (unlike many trail walks in South Florida) you can see cougars, snakes, gators and lots of birds.

I read about this place in the local paper the night before and decided to take the kids for an afternoon excursion. Its tucked away but this sanctuary is wonderful for all ages! Super friendly staff, clean washrooms and kid friendly. It is free but please give a donation to your favorite animal. Donations are the only way they continue... More

Most Jupiter locals know and support this wonderful wildlife mini preserve! An array of wild big cats to small forest owls saved after being hurt by a terrific and loving volunteer staff. A must see, but you need to know where to go since it tucked away off Central and Indiantown Road in Jupiter. Go by yourself if you just... More

This animal sanctuary is free to visit, but donations are encouraged and gratefully accepted. There is a small gift shop at the entrance and then a series of wooden walkways in and around the facility. Ample rest rooms and easy walking make this a very nice place to visit, especially with little ones in tow. There really wasn't anything that... More

After we left Loggerhead Marinelife, we stopped for lunch at a fabulous place called The Fresh Berry Cafe. Wow! Great, great food. Just thought I'd mention it. Then on to Busch Wildlife. We fed the small turtles, we saw little field mice running around loose, along with some sort of cranes who visit often especially when it's time to be... More
