We took two of our grandchildren here and they really enjoyed the museum. There are several different areas, a grocery store, a theater, dentist, etc. for the kids to pretend they are dentists or actors or store workers. There is even a Spanish galleon the children can play in and learn about life on a galleon.

Fun place for the little one's. Take advantage of the water sprinklers just outside the museum and maybe a little picnic right on the beach too. Small but worth the price of admission.

The childrens museum is a nice time out....but I really wish it had more to do since the kids go through each station pretty quickly...other than that it is very reasonable price and definitely fun.

Great running train set. A pretend veterinarians office, a mock Publix supermarket with plastic fruits and veggies and canned and boxed goods. A cash register, a car that can be fixed, added oil to and tires changed. A huge pirate ship where the kids can shoot plastic cannon balls from above to below. There a faux beach for the kids... So we didn't know what this place was but found out it is a giant indoor play area for kids. It has a giant boat which kids can get on and be a pirate and then other different areas which allow children to use their imagination. We ended up going to this place on a sunny day and I only... More

Small but very good for children. Lots of different hands on activities for them. They also have very good special events so watch the calendar.

My grandchildren beg to go there every time they come to visit. It's so well designed and laid out and has such interesting displays, even adults don't get bored. It's reasonably priced and a wonderful way to spend a day. My only complaint is the lack of seating for the adults in some areas.

Our 4 yr old loved this museum. Pirate ship, fire truck, mechanic shop, and outdoor climbing sculpture were his favorites. We spent about an hour and 1/2 there. That was plenty of time to enjoy the exhibits.
