From the outside you really don't know what to expect, BUT, what a really neat surprise you get when you enter. Starting with "Jim-BO' the owner who makes you feel like you have known him for years, to the walk through Printing Press Museum he insists you view, several rooms, and then the neat House out back that the Black... Fun place, interesting printing equipment and food. Bo the owner is very nice and a good musician, I got his CD Dangerous Dreamer which is quite good. Walked from campground in 5 min. I would go back again.

I would recommend a relaxing visit at the Museum and soak in the history and wonderful sites. The staff was wonderful and answered our questions with great knowledge and we are new to the area and love everything Homosassa area has to offer!

Meeting the owner, James Anderson, in person was a pleasure. We learned he began his printing company - Gemini Graphics Printing in 1995 because he wanted to preserve the history of the letterpress trade in Florida. He showed us around his 'museum' that's filled with priceless antique printing presses in all sizes. He even made us a sample 'thank you'... More

We enjoyed the atmosphere in this print museum/café. The REAL style Cubans with the right kind of bread was a treat. And it is right next the an old sugar mill that takes just a few minutes to walk thru.

Cuban Cafe in a museum, sounds delightful but disappoints. Food is just ok and pricey. The museum is interesting and the location is beautiful and on the way to Homosassa Springs. Worth a look but don't do hungry.

If you go to this Museum you must meet the owner, Jim Anderson, what a wonderful person. He makes you feel like he is there to tell you everything he knows and it is so interesting. It is so nice to meet someone who care about people, teaching and sharing. Well worth going to meet Jim.

This place is just a short drive north of Tampa and it is worth it! So pretty and calm, you can almost hear the sugar mill grinding away. And if you are into printing, the museum is really special. Grab lunch next door!

We heard the cuban sandwhiches were so great here, we had to stop. Well I guess you can't go by that all the time. We arrived at 11:30 am and were the only customers there, yet it took 30 min to get our 2 cuban sandwiches, 1 potato ball and 1 side of beans and rice. The food was mediocre... More
