Nice and quiet. Clean. Good for families. This is our new favorite beach. Much better than the Gulf beaches.

The development of high rise condos right on the beach causes large shadows as the sun moves west. You have to keep moving your chair or blanket if you want the Suns rays.

We love walking on the boardwalk where there is a wide beach , ocean, shops and restaurants . People walk ,jog, or ride bikes. It is a fun place to spend some time.

Narrow beach in the shadow of tall condos once the sun moves west. You have to keep moving your beach chair or blanket to get sun between buildings. Limited public parking. Better to go north about a mile to Hollywood beach which has a great brick Boardwalk and lots of shops for eating or beach clothing.

This beach has limited parking available and fewer amenities than Hollywood Beach (no Boardwalk, fewer places to eat, etc) but if you only want sand and water, it is a nice beach.
