The University of Florida campus is gorgeously laid out, amdist a bustling and unique city environment. Easy to walk with many scenic spots for resting and relaxing, and beautiful campus buildings for exploring. Abuzz with academia, the campus is a walk away from restaurants, shops, and nature galore.

The campus is lovely but so large that I did wonder how students manage to get around. They must leave the campus as really good walkers. Staff and students were all friendly and helpful. While that was especially true for the welcome center, the absence of interactive displays about the campus was disappointing. For a good example of such displays,... More

Had to take our dog to a veterinarian cardiologist. This is an excellent teaching clinic and they seem to treat all sorts of problems. I feel we received expert care and concern. Our little fur baby has a heart problem but we will be doing all we can to keep him around and as healthy as possible. A four hour... More

Whether you're coming here to visit, for a sporting event, for school, or for whatever other reason, this is a place that transforms people. The longer your visit (school) the more that happens. Sure it's very "liberal" and lots of crazies at Turlington hall, but stick to some good groups of people and you should be fine. It's difficult to... More

It's the Harvard of Gainesville! I chose UF because of the people. It's a great "college" college. The city is small enough to have a college town feel, but big enough for there to be some things to do, including outdoor activities.

Great campus, great team and THE place to be during football season! Open campus and right across the street from great bars! What more could you ask for?

The best school in Florida and the best team in the SEC. Make sure to get both a social and academic tour of campus to see both worlds.

My son started his freshman year this fall so we have made several visits this fall. Every time we go I find something new to enjoy. It is a great school but it is also a beautiful campus. The architecture is traditional but in a more tropical setting. There certainly was a phase where some of the buildings went in... More

Came back to campus last night for a basketball game and had a chance to drive around campus a little. My how things have expanded. This is a very large university campus. The older parts of campus are absolutely beautiful. Take a walk thru and admire the view. The newer parts are exciting and done well. Go Gators!!!!!
