Okay at best. Many of the science activities were missing pieces!! However, we did only pay 13 bucks(coupon) to go. It was a good way to spend a rainy day with the kids. They seemed to enjoy it.

The science center is a great place to take kids. There are many hands on, fun, and learning activities for kids and parents to enjoy. The staff is really great, and there is also a gift shop.

Took six kids, age 10-16 & all left happy... which I'm shocked. Free parking & nice park beside it. Look for coupon in traveling books, found b1g1 after we spend bout 60 bucks for entry. (8 ppl). Older stuff & brainteasers, made each child figure one out correctly. Self guided!!

When I walked into the Science Center I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly attitudes. The price is great and there are coupons in the local ad books for discounts off admission. It costed about $13 for a family of 4 to attend. The place is not huge, but it offers a lot of the price. The day we... More

Very nice place to take a group of kids. I know a local non-profit that took a big group of developmentally disabled children there, and they had a wonderful time.

This is a must see. Located by the Landing, great views of the inland waterway, but its whats inside that counts. A great way to learn about science and have fun while doing it.

Took my three grandchildren (7 - 14 years) to escape a rain storm. A wide variety of educational, very hands-on oriented science exhibits and demonstrations. Roam at your leisure among all 5 or 6 rooms including most basic science disciplines from simple to more complex. Something for everyone.

Good for families with kids of all ages or adults who like science. some of it is a little dated, but fun for a cool or rainy day.

My sister and I went there with our kids and as soon as you walk in there is a bird in a bird cage...so of course they all run to see the bird...well two of the employes were sitting close to the cage and were constantly nagging at the kids... caught and attitude and told my niece she needed to... For our family for three it cost us $15, so it's relatively inexpensive compared to a number of rainy day options. The facility is out-of-date, but there are enough fun little contraptions to occupy the family for close to an hour or so. The exhibits are old and mostly basic science, but if you take the time to read and... More
