This is like a small Sea World. It did cost $65 for 4 of us but worth it to do something different besides the beach. They had 3-4 live shows that last about 30 mins each. It was nice and would go again. It was very hot and they had large icee drinks for $4.75 with $2.75 refills. We stayed... more

A group of us went to the Gulfarium in Destin. It is a neat place, you get to see Dolphin shows, sea lions, and various other animals. It is a little pricey, but that's part of vacationing and tourism etc. The kids will love it, and the Dolphins are very well trained and entertaining. Hope you enjoy it. more

Me and my boyfriend both left almost in tears. He isn't one to get emotional over animals, but it was just awful. Very expensive and I have no idea where their money is going because it isn't going into taking care of the animals. I will admit that the dolphin show was neat. Maybe it is because I have never... more

I wish I would have read these reviews before spending $125 on admission for myself, husband and 4 children. The park staff was very rude and they rushed through the shows. Not a good attraction if you are traveling to destin. more

The cost to get in was way to expensive for what you'll get to see, I believe it cost us about 20 bucks a person before tax. The aquarium is definatley old with a limited number of attractions and species. The tanks that the animals are kept in are small and lacking of any decoration or authentication and by that... more

The Gulfarium is not like most aquarium parks. It is definitely dated to it's original park opening year in the 1950's. There are few attractions and it seems most of the park is about it's short, mildly entertaining animal shows. We stayed for all four performances. It was a way to spend a lazy afternoon and see dolphins up close.... more

My family and I visited Gulfarium in April 2009, paying $91 to enter. It was not worth $10; I would not have gone in for free if I knew what I would see. We have been to many zoos and aquariums, and all of us were shocked at the apalling conditions. I cannot fathom why some animal-rights group has not... more

We visited the Gulfarium with our 7 year old son . He loved the dophin show and the sea lions . It's a small cute place , kids seem to enjoy it a lot . The admission is a lillte pricey , but I'm sure it takes money to run a place like that . more

This place was very fun to visit-beautiful animals and it was neat to be able to watch the dolphins come right up to the windows to watch humans. The shows were fun, the animals seem well-cared for. I would go back for sure! more

I suspect there's no money laying around to fix this place up but really, charging nearly $20 a head to get in is incredibly unfair. The lower aquariums smelled so bad I had to get out and I'm not someone who is bothered at zoos or anywhere else. I think the gulfarium is dated and in DIRE need of repair.... more
