We were excited to stroll out on the pier at sunset and as we approached the entrance, there was a $2 per person charge just to walk on the pier. Really??? Not cool....I could see if we were fishing there all day, but for a stroll? Nope...

The pier is always a fun but stinky walk. We saw several sharks and dolphins, a stings ray and a huge turtle on one walk out. We never go to Okaloosa Island without a walk on the pier.

This place is mesmorizing. It only costs 3 dollars to go out onto the pier. The pier is in good shape and fun to walk on. You can fish here or watch others fish as well. It is great to come here on the weekends and just relax. Also, finding a parking spot is not hard.

We spent a dollar each to walk out on the pier and it was great! I think this is the longest pier in the gulf and it is beautiful out there. I think it was 6 dollars to fish but we just walked out and watched others reel them in, it was night with a good breeze blowing, great way... More

Went out on the pier before sunset, saw dolphins, sea turtles, stingrays and fish! The view of sunset from the pier is beautiful! Only $2 per person!

We were able to see several dolphins, a baby shark, baby swordfish, and sea turtle. All of these animals were within 30 ft of the pier so we were able to clearly see them. We were only able to walk halfway down the pier though due to the crazy local fisherman. There was a group of about five that were... More

We stayed on the beach within walking distance of the pier & was a neat little excursion to do something different & get a great view of the water & marine life! $2 fee, bathrooms, snacks, drinks all right there!

We went out on a late afternoon walk on the pier to watch the sunset. The cost was $2 pp which we thought was reasonable. We walked all the way down and seen a dophin jumping in and out of the water! Very neat and beautiful spot to watch the sunset :)

Definitely worth the two dollars to walk on. The view is incredible and we saw dolphins! The fishermen are also neat to watch. You can get stamped to come back on the pier as well.
