Nice collection of shops and restaurants. Go to Floyds for the all you can eat shrimp. There are sand volleyball courts directly outside on the beach. On a sunny day sit out near the beach. The fishing pier and the gulf aquarium are right next door. This may not be a day trip but a few enjoyable hours for sure.

Unless you plan to spend time on the beach you can check out the shops rather quickly and grab a bite to eat. The beach view is beautiful.

Nothing extraordinary to offer . Just 4 restaurants and several beach type shops. There is a boardwalk and access to the beach.

This was very relaxing after dinner, just to walk and look at the boats. Did not go during day to see the attractions there.

This place is great. The restaurants, shopping, and view is great. The beachfront is beautiful. The water is crystal clear and the sand is white. Great place to park and go to the beach.

On the beach. Fun to hang out and eat, shop and enjoy the beach. Lots of parking and easy beach access too. Located just as you get on okaloosa island....west of destin.

Anytime we visit, or have visitors join us, we make sure we go to The Boardwalk. It has something for everyone! Stores, restaurants, gorgeous views from the decks/patios!

A quaint little hideout that has shopping, dining, exploring, and relaxation. The sunset is a definite must see.

OK place to sit, look at the beach and ocean and watch sunset with a margarita. Beyond that, expensive and mediocre food. The have nice beach and beach volleyball. A maintenance staff keeps it tidy and the boardwalk, although short, was well kept. Outdoor play equipment for children with a sand base. No charge to use just the beach or... More
