The show was great but this is about the Sunrise. Totally refurbished after being closed for decades, this historic theater lives up to all expectations. The stage and seats retain all the old style acoustics coupled with modern sound systems. There is a full bar and entrances on two streets, both of which are steps away from easy parking, restaurants... More

Nice venue, the Executive Director does a great job booking talent. I enjoyed Jay Leno, Kenny Rogers, The Beach Boys, and Olivia Newton-John. I was disappointed by most of the oldies groups. The box office people are very good. If you become a $250.member, don't expect to actually get any meet and greet opportunities for the bigger names. I joined... More

I have been here a couple times, and for a small theatre, they do a really excellent job providing great service and really good talent! The theatre is very clean and they have many volunteers that help take tickets and seat people. Everyone is smiling and friendly. We saw Jay Leno and he was absolutely terrific! The theatre holds about... More

My wife and I attended an ABBA MANIA show at the Sunrise Theater tonight and were very impressed not only with the show but also facility itself. The volunteers helped you find were you wanted to go from the minute you entered the building. They were friendly and provided you with answers to all your questions. The seating was comfortable... I surprised my husband for Valentine's Day and got us tickets to see Ringo Starr a few days later. We had a blast! The theater is small enough that every seat in the house is great. We sat in the orchestra on the left. His All Starr Bands is ever changing, so Todd Rudgren was there as were band members... More

We drove from Palm Bay to see Night Fever (Bee Gees tribute). The theatre was small and older, but nice. The staff were outstanding (very friendly). $3 beer with the $1coupon we were given. Worth the drive from Palm Bay.

We saw Michael MacDonald there and it was awesome. Sound was excellent. The staff was wonderful in helping with hubby being in his Hoveround chair. It has very limited mobility accessible seating. It was the last row in the back which makes you feel unwelcome but understood it is a very old theatre. We will return with binoculars. Arrive early... More

I am fortunate that I have a home about 5 minutes away from this magnificent edifice. Restored to its former splendor it offers a backdrop to some excellent performances by a variety of events. They have had rock concerts, classical music concerts, do wop and some incredible oldies acts. The varied scheduling make this an exciting place to come in... More

The Sunrise Theatre is a wonderful venue to take in major stars such as Kenny Rogers (loved his Christmas show!) or the local boy's choir in a free community concert. Great acoustics! the only drawback is the lack of close by parking. The city parking lots are several blocks away. There is very limited parking on the street but to... More

I've seen two shows at the Sunrise. The theater is small like the old time Orpheum circuit. You can dine downtown and walk through the mid-century shopping district. Shows vary and parking is free. We loved the line up and many shows offer a meet and greet option. A nice night out in Historic Fort Pierce.
