Great place to visit on a Saturday when they have the Open Air Market

Two fun restaurants by the water and the Open Air Market on Saturdays make it a wonderful fun day. The downtown area is well kept and has interesting architecture.

Downtown Fort Pierce is becoming a vibrant spot. The waterfront is now beautiful now that the constuction is complete. This is also the location to the Saturday morning market along with it's own Jazz live music. You can find a bit of everything at this market while enjoying the waterfront and music.

Downtown Ft Pierce is a great place to find a variety of good restaurants.Cobb' s Landing and 12A Buoy are our favorites. The Saturday Farmer's Market reminds me of NYC' s Union Square except with a view of beautiful turquoise water and palm trees. So lovely. We are very excited about how our second hometown continues to be vibrant, yet still keep that... Several times a year the MAIN STREET FORT PIERCE organization runs walking and trolley tours to acquaint locals and visitors with the area. One such historic walk covers the Second Street area formerly known as EDMONDTOWN. Characters in costume come out and explain their roles in the development of the historic downtown area as if they were the ghosts of... More

Over the years, I have seen downtown Fort Pierce completely transform itself into a most pleasing destination. Located along the Indian River (the Inter-coastal waterway) where stately yachts, as well as small fishing boats, are docked at the re-built marina. My friends and I frequently enjoy the whole area, including the Original Tiki restaurant and bar, and the PJ Cobb's... More

We always love Fort Pierce, especially near the inlet. Plenty of restaurants and of course the waters of the Indian River Lagoon.

The Farmer's Market is wonderful on Saturdays. There are more craft vendors than there is fresh farm produce. There are lots of small shops and places to eat. Alisari Unique Boutique was my favorite shop. Owner, Cathy Barnes, was very helpful in matching my hard to match hair with a hair piece that looks wonderful!

The Farmer's market was the reason I went on a Saturday. Plenty of local vendors and a band. Went to Kingdom bookstore, Ace Hardware, and Pelican Fish Market and everyone was really helpful. This town has a lot of heart.

We love the Green Market on Saturdays - can buy great clothes, jewelry and gifts. We love to eat on the dock by the water and take a boat ride. It is a very art oriented town with very nice people.

This store has everything you could imagine for all ages! For the past 51 years, It has earned a quality reputation selling wonderful wigs, and men's hairpieces. It also has clothing from one of a kind, high end that you will find nowhere else on the Treasure Coast, to fabulous bargain priced pieces in sizes 0-3X. Not to mention, the cosmetics... More
