It's a dogs life...at the beach.

A nice beach, very nice actually, you can take your best furry friend to. Plenty of dogs hanging out there with their humans. All well behaved, some on leashes, some off but never... read more

A nice beach, very nice actually, you can take your best furry friend to. Plenty of dogs hanging out there with their humans. All well behaved, some on leashes, some off but never a problem. There is a poop bag dispenser on the trail to the beach in case you forget yours. Bring a picnic lunch and it can be... More

If you love to walk the beach & with your dog, you'll love FMB. The island has made sure that there are dog waste bags & garbage facilities for your pet. 99+% of dog owners on the beach are respectful of cleaning up after their pets. This is so important given that families play in the sand! Lastly please make... More

We visited the dog beach while on vacation at Ft. Myers. We didn't have a dog with us but it was still a blast! It's beautiful and the people are friendly and there was just about every breed of dogs running around! We even saw dolphins swimming nearby. Very fun place and easy to get to.

I never get tired of watching all the dogs run and chase each other. Whether you have a puppy or a senior dog they will find a friend. Have rarely seen any issues there with dogs miss behaving. Owners misbehaving is an occasional situation but there is a good group that make this work!! Bravo

Compared to some other dog-friendly beaches we've been to, this is very nice. The dogs are off-leash so can roam on the beach or in the water. After parking, follow the sometimes flooded trail to the beach. You arrive at a very, very small beach. Go right around the mangroves and you will find the actual dog beach. Bring water... More

One of the few beaches in the Naples area that allows dogs to roam leash free. Do not bring your dog here if they are not socialized around other dogs because people go there for the freedom of their pets. Parking is ok then you walk in to the actual beach. The path can be water logged & have dead... More

First off, let me say you might hear of the Ft Myers Dog Beach & the Bonita Bay one. They're one and the same. The dogs have a ball & the people are all very friendly. My only advice is to check the tide tables before you go & do so barefoot, in flip flops or some kind of beach... More

This was our first time bringing our sweet baby to a beach and I must say this what an amazing experience. Everyone is friendly and the dogs get along great. Can't wait to take Stella again. This is our new favorite place!

Stopped in for the dog to play and he had a blast! Very clean beach. Saw a dolphin! Went on a cooler day so there weren't many dogs on the beach but our dog still loved it.
