We reside near Dog Beach and often pass by with our boat. It is very clean with fantastic views of the Gulf. It is not uncommon to see Dolphins playing or an occasional Sting Ray jump clear out of the water. Fisherman abound in the entire area. A day spent here with your pet will be long remembered. Of note... More

We love this beach, and so does our dog. This beach is a slice of heaven! Powdery sand and breathtaking scenery.

If you are able to bring your dog on your trip to Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Springs area then visit dog beach. We didnt bring a dog with us but wanted to stop by and check it out since we are dog lovers and have 2 dogs ourselves. Well, this was a fun spot for dogs to run, swim and... More

While it's great that you can let your dog run and play in the water it's gross. Most of the dog owner's never picked up after their dogs because they we not watching them or were too far away. I watched as dogs would defecate in the gulf and on beach any beach towels that were left unattended. Totally disgusting!

Great place to bring your dogs, let them swim, play and socialize. Low tide plenty of beach area, high tide no beach at all.

We visited the dog beach without our pup this time to scope it out for the future. Will definitely bring him here! Lots of people on land and in boats with pups playing in and out of the eater. The beach itself wasn't that wide so the pups will be in the water a lot but maybe that depends on... More

If you are near Ft Myers Beach and have a dog with you, this park is a must. We take our Boxer there often and she just loves it. She is not a great swimmer, but can run along the beach with the other dogs for hours. We have never had any issues with other dogs. I think this is... More

Our little Scottie loved this beach. The people are very pet friendly. We did not encounter any aggressive dogs. It was like a kids playground for the pooches. We will be going back.

If you happen to have a dog with you on your trip, this is an off leash beach with lots of happy dogs. Be sure to bring a bag to pick up your dog's "droppings". Get there early to get a parking spot and short walk to the beach.
