Easy to get to and lots of shops and food choices. Since it was walkable we did not have to pay the high price of parking. Pretty out on the pier. A restaurant was located bythe beginning but was always crowded so we did not try it.

This is a cute little 'Times Square' and the pier and park are close by. Mostly island/beach/tourist shopping. Several restaurants to choose from. We were wishing there was more to it. Not worth a drive to it specifically but a nice place to stroll through while you're in that general vicinity. Next time, I would park and walk most of... More

Walk the pier, check out the sights and stores. Grab a bite to eat Pierside Grille. Sit outside by the ocean. Ice cream and some street performers to end the evening.

We spent at least 4 hours walking around, stopping for drinks and shopping. The beach bars were really fun! Smoking oyster bar is fun and serves your drink in a koozie that you can purchase. Food looked great. We didn't eat there, but would next time!!

Nice to walk around, look at the shops and people watch! Some of the shops have the same things, but a cloudy day it fits the bill

This is the main part of Fort Myers Beach. It has a long pier for observing wildlife and fishing. Lots of restaurants and shops plus the best beach anywhere. The long, wide white sandy beach goes on and on.

A typical touristy area, although there are a few local food places along with the expected tourist shops. Several of the food places gave music at nite. Nice background sound, even if you are just strolling by
