Went out April 3, 2014 on an afternoon trip. We took our great-niece and great-nephew on their first fishing trip, two other friends also joined us. Lots of groupers and snappers, nephew landed and 20 pound grouper. Unbelievable sunset! Captain was very knowledgeable and professional. Plan on booking again next year. Would recommend this trip to anyone. Had a great... More

This boat took out a group of 6- it was a make up trip which was great becase we were able to get on individually @ $185 per person and not face the expense of chartering the whole boat. My husband likes to get a look at the boats & catch before committing to a day offshore and this boat... More

Went out Monday, 1/20/14 and had a great time fishing. We had a full boat and everyone left with a large amount of fish. I have never seen so many red snapper before in my life. The Captain was very attentive and professional. This was our second time on his boat and we will use him again.

This is the 5th winter I've spent in Fort Myers. The first two I tried several different charters. Since my first trip with the Macattack, I haven't gone with any one else. During this time I've been out about 12 times. Every trip was successful and enjoyable. More times than not everybody brought home a lot of fish. One trip... More

nice, boat ride, pretty sunset ... not a single fish. No fish, saw a few birds. Sunset was pretty, being from the Midwest, a boat ride in November is always a plus. Unfortunately, no sharks.

My girlfriend and I went out shark fishing for the first time and had a great time. We caught 10 sharks in the 3 hours we were out. Capt Louis was very friendly and accommodating! The boat was super clean and we had a great overall experience! We will be back for a return trip.

My girlfriend and I went out for a four hour trip. The boat was very clean. We have fished Barbados, Bahamas, Vancouver Island, not to mention the numerous other places along the way. We know that with fishing you have your good days and your bad days. This was an awesome day! The action started around 10 minutes after we... More

Had a great trip out in the Gulf. Captain Lewis dropped everything and took us out for a half day trip at the last minute. Quality gear and we did not bait a hook, take a fish off, or clean a fish. Caught 3 big Groupers and 10 Snapper. Very accommodating. Fun trip. Can't wait for a return trip. The... More

It was our first time shark fishing and Capt Louis was great. The boat was immaculate, the gear was in excellent shape, and the weather was perfect. However, the fishing was slim. We had tons of bites, even snagged into a few that spit out the bait, but managed to only get 1 shark aboard. The experience was great, and... More

August 10, 2013 trip 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Couple with 12 yr old daughter and Grandmother. First hour slow fishing then Dad catches 200-250 lb bull shark. Next daughter catches 90 lb black tip. Then it was on - Mom hooks 125 lb black tip, Grandmother and daughter split time fighting 125 lb bull shark. Two shark fights at once. All... More
