Despite the sour attitude of a previous reviewer, we decided to try the Pieces of Eight Pirate Cruise and we enjoyed every minute! Not only were the pirates wonderful with the children on the cruise, but some of the jokes had an adult subtext that kept everyone entertained (rather like some of the Pixar movies...). They also have a snack/drink... more

I have taken my children on the Pieces of Eight pirate cruise more then once & they always have a fantastic time! The pirates are a lot of fun & are great with the kids! & Their costumes are amazing!!! I highly recommend riding on the pirate ship!!! more

The Cruise reviewes were favorable indicating that the "Pirates" were entertaining and that the cruise would be educational and fun. Perhaps ONLY for kids under the age of 6. The crew tried very hard, but it was not entertaining for older kids - preteens or the adults at all and there was NO educational value. Thought it was a waste... more
