lots of good walking trails around the lakes. the train museum had a very cute miniture train ride. We saw lots of birds, gators, and turtles. There is a parking fee.
Wife & I rented bikes and enjoyed the trails around the lake. There was plenty of things to do if you have small children. There is a water pad for children and train rides. Nice place to enjoy the Florida sun shine.
Just discovered this little gem. My friends and I wanted a pristine place to walk and we found it. There are trails throughout, restrooms, drinking fountains and icecream stands. We only walked, but observed the many attractions offered for families. There is a playground, a water park for small children, a train, and some really exciting rentals. I was impressed... More

Was a great day again! We picked a wonderful day, and it was nice and warm. We rented a bicycle and did the whole park which was an excellent workout. The bikes were a little hard to pedal, but oh man we laughed our butts off trying to drive it. Loved it as usual, was a great trip again!
What a great way to spend the day. Parking is only $5 and you have an entire day of nature walks, water playgrounds, biking, playground, train ride (extra money) and bring along a picnic or go Friday (Nov-April) to the Farmers Market.
My husband and I have walked the park a couple of times. Not much wildlife to see here. You do see a few birds and the first time we went, we saw a snake and a small rabbit. It is free to walk around the park, but there is a charge for parking. There are rentals and a concession. On... More
You will love this park, the grounds are kept soooo well, there is something fun for everyone not just families. I would only like for the restrooms to be open past dusk and I would prefer to pay a single entrance fee instead of per hour parking and updated paddle boats. We could honestly say out of all the states... More
This park can be as big or small as you want. Paved trails take you on short or long loops. Picnic areas are plentiful and so is the parking and facilities. Cool water attractions, climbing rocks, and train rides make it pretty amazing for the whole family. This place is stunning and I highly recommend the early evening for the... More
I visited this park to attend a Medieval Fair. The park (and the Fair) was very nice, clean and well maintained. I didn't see much else of the park but it seemed that there was watercraft for rent, and the lake looked inviting.
