This outdoor stadium is great. Newly updated, the layout is very functional. We visited during Minnesota Day when the Twin played. Despite the crazy crowds, parking and tickets were very organized and easy going. Food was reasonably priced and delicious.

We attended a 1:05pm game at the end of March. Stadium is nice with good lot and grass parking ($10). Although they have unique items like beer shakes available the rest of the options are pretty standard (hot dogs, pretzels, pizza, etc). $6 slush, $6 Lemonade and $4 peanuts. There are pretty much no seats in the shade.

As avid baseball fans, hubby and I travel to spring training in Florida every year to get a head start on baseball season. We have visited Hammond Stadium before, but have not seen a game there since the renovations; you can now walk entirely around the interior of the ballpark. The tickets were reasonably priced and there is plenty of... More

Hammond Stadium is a class act for spring training baseball games. The vegetation and the Palm trees are beautiful. The parking is well organized both coming and going. The concessions are well organized. I like this field far more than the new JetBlue field for the Boston Red Sox.

Great stadium! Love spring training games! Try to pay more for seats in the shade or it gets pretty hot.

If you are a baseball fan and never been to a spring training game you should add it to your bucket list. The smaller ball; parks put you much closer to the action. There aren't any bad seats. The stadium has undergone major upgrades. They added seats and the new seats in the outfield seem to have more legroom than... More

Having been in Ft Myers in early March, I was excited for the chance to see some MLB Spring Training. Nearest to us were the Red Sox and the Twins. Being a fan of the Twins, we headed over to the Lee County Sports Complex to check it out one morning. Upon arrival we immediately saw 4 ongoing college ladies... More

We recently took in two Twins games in mid-March at Hammond Field, in what is now called CenturyLink Sports Complex in Fort Myers Florida. It was an excellent baseball experience. The stadium was recently renovated and is almost everything one would want in an intimate, open air ballpark. A few impressions: 1. Fort Myers is Geezer City. In deference to... More

The game and the stadium were great. Facilities were clean and kept up. It was a hot day and there weren't many shaded seats but we walked around and found some where we could still see the game.
