Florida Rep Theater presents wonderful plays--musicals, comedies, drama--in both their Main Stage and their smaller ArtStage from October to May. The perfomances by Equity actors--whether they make you cry, or laugh or think about soul-searching topics--will not disappoint. This past season has had many sold-out perfomances, so it is best to buy a season subscription as we did back in... More

My husband and I went with another couple after winning free tickets. We were pleasantly surprised. We had great seats in the second row, but it is a small theater with no obstructed views. The cast was very talented and put on a wonderful performance. The time went by quickly with no fidgeting in our seats! We will definitely go... More

Loved the theatre in the round. The music was fabulous. 5 persons so talented. I will definitely go back to future productions in this historic building in downtown Ft Myers.

5 top notch performers plus delightful music in a romantic setting. We hated to see the performance end! From beginning to end no actor/ singer could have been better.

Superb!! This was a terrific production from a 5 member cast in a very intimate theatre. The actors are top notch! Their singing, dancing, and piano accompaniment to George & Ira Gershwin's music and lyrics, is as good as it gets! One of the most enjoyable shows I have seen in quite some time. The trivia about George Gershwin you... More

I loved everything about this place, the ambiance, the actors, the play, the chairs-- yes, the old fashioned seats. It's so nice to find old theatres that retain the charm of yesteryear and this fits the bill. If I lived nearby, I would definitely subscribe for the season. The acting was exceptional. Overall, it was a treat and when in... More

Thoroughly charmed by the revue Fascinatin' Gershwin at the Rep. There are two theaters here; this show was in the smaller venue, making you part of the 1930's cocktail party set. The actors even include you from time to time, so look sharp (e.g., an askance glance accompanied by "I didn't know you'd be here!"). The production values were fabulous... More

As a season ticket holder I could not say enough. The performances are high quality and the staging is amazing. Recently saw Around the World in 80 Days and it was spectacular.

Our second year as a season subscriber and one of the highlights during our winter exodus from New England! The choice of plays; the actors; the sets and direction in both theatre venues...stage and 'in the round' are superb!!! In a lovely old section of Fort Myers...the rehabbed theater itself has a great history. Absolutely a must if visiting...be it... More

We very much enjoyed our visit to the FL Rep. It's a small theatre, which is great because there aren't any bad seats. Also, you cannot beat the price of tickets and parking. If we lived in the area, I'd definitely subscribe for the season.
