We have attended the Florida Rep in the Arcade theatre in downtown Fort Myers many times. Attended Clybourne Park today. Great acting as always. The most comfortable and lovely theatre in Fort Myers or Naples. They now serve mixed drinks, wine, beer, etc. before and at intermission. Parking is very convenient as it is across the street in a lot... More

This November we paid our second visit to the Florida Repertory Company at its home in the Historic Arcade Theatre in Fort Myers. Our last visit, on holiday a year or so ago, was to see an Alan Ayckbourn performed with real gusto and genuine feeling for this quintessentially British play. It was really great to see English characters through... More

We have attended numerous productions at Florida Rep and found them all to be enjoyable and entertaining. It is in a great location in downtown Fort Myers with numerous dining and drinking options nearby.

My boyfriend and I saw The Hound of the Baskervilles. It was an amazing show, put on by 3 wonderful actors. Their ability to change characters and their persona throughout the show kept us engaged. They created the perfect amount of humor and familiarity with the audience. They had everyone laughing. It was a great rendition of a classic! We... More

Florida Rep offers excellent theatre at affordable prices. Located in an historic theater (nicely restored), the Rep offers classic and current theatricals. They have been critically acclaimed by the Wall Street Journal for some of their productions. Productions are often sold out and sometimes extended due to popularity. Besides the main theater, productions are also presented in an intimate box... More

I have now seen four different plays put on by this solid group of actors, and every single one has been exemplary. Whether you're seeking drama, comedy, or a musical, Florida Rep has what you're looking for. Not only that, but they're executing each performance at a very high level easily compabable to anything I've seen (short of Broadway itself).... More

For a small city, this is an excellent theatre experience. It's not Broadway or the Kennedy Center, but it is good acting, well directed, and affordable. The theatre is small so all seats are fine, but it is wise to get tickets in advance.

It was very funny and the three actors were very dynamic through out the performance. I usher at a local theater in my home area and found the seats leaving a little to be desired. I'd go back for another performance sometime.
