Food was very good, but, unfortunately, courses were spread during the period of 4 hours, so I regret coming there too hungry. Honestly, I was quite disappointed at the show. After reading not so good reviews I still decided to go for the sake of an experience, thinking that some people are simply too fussy. I really wanted to like... More

We had always wanted to do this as a family and our grown daughters bought this as a Christmas gift for the 4 of us. We boarded the train and away we went with a dinner and a murder mystery show that was fun time. Our only wish is that there was a little more food even crackers/nuts as it... More

I enjoyed this but probably going one time was enough for me. Was seated with a couple we did not know which made things a bit uncomfortable. Food was good, and the story and actors were even better. Coupling all that with a train ride made it kind of a neat experience but one time was enough for me.

SO not worth it. Tickets are $80 each. What you are not told beforehand is that an automatic gratuity of 20% is charged to every customer once you are on the train. In addition, not even soft drinks/coffee/tea are included in the ticket price. So, the real cost is $100 per person, not including any alcoholic drinks. Nothing about the... More

Even though I have lived within a few miles of the Seminole Gulf Railway Murder Mystery Dinner Train for more than 11 years, I never took a ride on it before tonight. What great fun I have missed! On my ride this evening, the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. This most definitely is not "airline food." The Seminole... More

The good: Food was very good...Prime Rib and Salmon...rather amazing that this quality could be generated on a train. Service was OK but very rushed. The length of the trip was horrible. Cramped in an uncomfortable chair and the train rocked severely....motion sickness could be a real issue to some. The tracks are not Amtrack smooth. The Murder Mystery...The Great... More

My wife and I took the holiday tour where the train brings you to Punta Gorda for a tour of the holiday sites in the islands there around Punta Gorda. The service and support from staff were just great. The dinner was excellent and actually very comfortable sitting and dinning, the boat tours around the area was beautiful to look... More

My husband and I, a couple in our mid twenties, thought that this would be a fun and quirky experience for the 2 of us. We got to the train 30 minutes early as requested, and found our table. We were asked to sit side by side. We had no prior warning but figured out quickly that we would be... More

We had a wonderful time. The show, the staff and the food were all great! All the people on board seemed to be having a great time. At the end of the night our shuttle did not show up to pick us up. Everyone had left and the staff went out of their way and was so kind to make... More

We were aboard the Halloween Costume Party Train, "Trained for Deception." Such a fun event, the actors were wonderful and the 5 course meal was amazing. The quality and attention to detail by the actors was impressive, as was the food and the waiter service. We took our 8 year old daughter and she really got into the Whodunit aspect... More
