This is very overpriced. $40 for a family of 4 and it took 15 minutes to see this attraction. Not worth the money. There was a few butterflies, but most of them were sitting or flying up high by the ceiling.

The butterfly conservatory was wonderfully relaxing and beautiful to see. The staff are very informative and friendly. Made us want to go home and plant vegetation to support our local butterfly population. ZCrepes was delicious and affordable. We would recommend this attraction highly.

My husband and I have gone here several weekends in a row, we enjoy it so much! Sit outside and take in the atmosphere. Wine is delish and crepes are amazing!!! Family owned restaurant. Nice place to do a baby shower inside, nice place to take your wife for birthday, and as we do - nice place for a brunch... More

If you like many many butterflies landing on you to say hello, you will love this place and the natural fauna is so beautiful and the restaurant is very nice also.

This facility is very much worth the visit. They have a Tea Room and Cafe. The conservatory has a habitat area with beautiful plants and water features for the butterflies to enjoy. Because they are small facility they only have the local butterflies from the Florida area. Very educational. Show the butterfly transformation from egg, to larvae, to Chrysalis to... More

Today I treated my dear cousin to a crepe and wine lunch at the ZCrepes Cafe. The atmosphere in the outdoor eating area is so nice and our server, Tara, was extremely attentive to our needs. I wasn't sure of which wine I wanted so she brought two different ones to sample. I had the chicken crepe with a lovely... More

Bought the yearly membership. Great opportunity to see caterpillars and butterflies. Wonderful photo opportunities. There are also 2 restaurants that have delicious food. Crepes and wine at Z Crepes will be a regular outing for me. The tea shop is also great....highly recommend the friendship option where you get a pot of tea and a variety of tea sandwiches and... Recently while visiting in Ft Meyers Florida I went to the Butterfly Estates. Very nice conservatory with native species of butterflies and non migrating monarchs. Though the conservatory was nice the rest of the estate is amazing. Wonderful unique gift shop, tea room with homemade fudge, light sandwiches etc. (didn't eat in here as was near closing time for tea... More

I went to the Butterfly Estates and had "High Tea". The atmosphere was quaint. The tables were covered with butterfly printed table cloths. Antique china cups & plates were used for serving the tea & food. The mushroom soup was excellent! The crackers that were served with the soup were tasty and shaped like butterflies. Some of the bread for... More

I've been to several butterfly attractions, but this one is different because there are only native Florida butterflies, and you get a guided tour by a very knowledgeable staff member. The complex is a series of homes from the 1800's that have ben turned into a gift shop, a terrific restaurant, and a pastry/fudge shop. It's a wonderful place to... More
