We took the granddaughters to the Imaginarium on the last day of summer break. They are 4, 6 and 7 years old. There are many hands on projects for them. I have been to better science centers but this was great for the little ones.

On the advice of others we took our 13 year old grandson who was visiting from up north and was out of there in less than an hour, not very stimulating for him. The younger kids seemed to be having fun. The best part was feeding the fish outside. It looked old and tired and in need of a facelift,... More

My family (3yr, 1yr and infant) and I decided to go to the Imaginarium on a rainy day. It was a really neat place but it definitely needs some sprucing up. We're active duty military so our tickets were free. Had we had to pay we might have been more disappointed. Some of the exhibits were broken but since my... More

We were able to get in free to the Imaginarium because we're members of the Orlando Science Museum. There is no charge for parking. While the Orlando Science Museum is completely awesome…four or five levels….movie theatre…etc., this is smaller, just one level. Still, they have a lot of neat things. My kids loved the ability to touch sting rays. They... More

This was our first time visiting the science center in Fort Myers, and we were extremely happy with the experience. My children enjoyed all the exhibits and played non-stop with all the energy related projects. They were loved the river/boat project outside as well. They were absolutely amazed at how the water flowed. My children were also excited to be... More

We decided to check out this place while on vacation on fort myers beach. Parking was a breeze and we were there for 2 hours. My children 1 and 5 were both very entertained and we could have easily stayed for another hour had it not been because our 1 year old was past his nap time. They have an... More

We had a family of all ages from 2 to 40 and everything in between and this facility did not impress any of us! Yes the parking is free and that's all the good it has. The sight is old and outdated, many of the hands on activities are deteriorating and not kept in good standing and not to mention... More

Visited the museum together with my family, kids 4 and 7 years old. Overall, we paid 41 USD, parking for free. Cashier very friendly to us. the museum has been a great experience for the kids and us, spent 5 hours there, and could have been even more. Especially the touchable sea-animals and the mechanical experiments kept kids busy. As... More

Ok this is a fun science museum for children. We have been a number of times over the years and yes my boys are almost a little too old for it at 11 and certainly the 14 yrs old. We had a fun visit and probably enjoyed the little collection of animals most of all. We feel the attraction over... More

Title says much. The stingray feeding was surely the highlight. But the mechanical ball mover (not sure how else to call it) was a close second. Some was out of order, but it kept the kids busy for a few hours. The "Theater in the tank" was a bit of a let down, but it was the only part. The... More
