Nice place to walk, or run along the beachfront. Actually the northern area is under restoration. Not a place to practice sand sports due to its narrowness.

Lovely wide clean beaches with white sand and no rubbish, loud music or touters. Lifeguards on duty and a nice pleasannt atmosphere on the beach. Clean sand.

The sand is perfect, and the water was warm. Plenty of people to watch as well and most every activity that you would want at a beach is available somewhere on the strip.

Just love walking along this beach it's long but just take you time. There's places to stop if you want or just stroll . There are also trees to stop and stand under, or sit on the wall if it gets to hot. And wow what a view; sun, sand, sea, fun that's Fort Lauderdale beach.

Construction was EVERYWHERE! It was very hard to get around all the workers & machinery. Once we got to the beach it was beautiful, but it was very hard to get to.

The beaches are a great place to spend a day. The scenery is like no other. The beach outside the Hotel Ocean Manor is an excellent place to spend several days of your vacation.

We had a great day to enjoy the wave at the beach. Perfect to learn bodysurfing. There is always and area with bathroom, place to change. Some place to rent bike and others. An experience to repeat.

Very clean beach. Relaxing and not crowded. Felt like a private beach. So close to restaurants and shopping.

Warm and BLUE water, excellent restaurants, safety. What else can a Brazilian want? The sidewalk is clean, no dog poop, people stop at the safety crossing lane...there's no arrastão. Granted: they should allow beer on the beach, there's no harm in that, and it much enhances the experience.

The beachfront is a very nice walk along the very famous beach. There are upscale hotels with famous restaurants. Also there are the t-shirt shops, tattoo places, and loud bars. There are nice restaurants that have double swings with a canopy that you can sip drinks and people watch. Beach is kept very nice with fabulous view. Famous volleyball tournaments... More
