We tried the trolley while staying at the Embassy Suites. Great value. Friendly helpful service. We are happy we didn't rent a car.

This is a great service, the only problem is that they are often late. Today I waited 45 minutes and that does not seem unusual. the drivers are very helpful and friendly

Best value in the city. An all day adult pass is just $3.00 for this ho-ho (Hop on - Hop off) bus. There are 7 different routes, but they overlap and a pass for one is good on all. They cover from North Ft. Lauderdale, Las Olas Blvd., and South past the Cruise Ship Terminals. However to keep the taxis... More

Where can you travel all over Fort Lauderdale for $1? Don't expect perfect timing as the traffic is usually heavy and if one of the bridges open, delays will occur. You can easily track the trolley online or simply call and they will tell you where the trolley is in real time.

This is a nice way to catch a ride down the main streets. You can just hail it almost like a cab and they will stop to pick you up. So no waiting for the bus.......

My husband and I were in the area for only one day so opted to take this bus. We hopped on right outside our hotel. We only paid $1.00 each. Apparently the price changes at the whim of the driver but, the most is $3.00. We stayed on the bus for the entire loop and then hopped off at the... More

Hello JewelsGems, Thank you for waving and riding the Sun Trolley, and what sounds like our Las Olas/Beach Link route, on your visit to Fort Lauderdale. This route requires a standard fare, which is always $1 per ride or $3 for an all day pass. If the driver told you differently, we would certainly like to know in order to... More

Pick up the Sun Trolley anywhere along its' route by just a wave of the hand. We took the bus from Las Olas to the Harbor Shops. This trolley was $1 each way or $3 for all day unlimited riding. It is done though at 6pm so ask your driver when the last bus is. We catch this every time... More

We found the sun trolley really useful when we visited Fort Lauderdale in October 2014. It was $1 a trip and $3 for the whole day, one drawback was your "ticket" was just an ink stamp so if you weren't careful after you had paid your $3 for the day you could struggle to get on again if the stamp...
