Hop on at any designated pier point and get ready to experience Ft. Lauderdale on the water. These open boats (varying from more of a pontoon style to double deckers) drive up and down the Intracoastal Waterway with "Comedians" at the helm who'll have the family laughing the whole way while learning a little of the area's history. Wonder who's... More

I enjoyed seeing the holiday lights at night and seeing how the other half lives. This enabled me to go from my hotel to the beach. I could have gotten there faster-way faster- in my car or walking but this was fun. The narrative of some of the crews was enjoyable. I rode on four boats during my trip. I... More

Much better way to get around Lauderdale than fighting the ever-increasing traffic. Relaxing , scenic, & informative. If you purchase an All Day pass, you can hop on & off as often as you like. Great way to see the Boat Show, & see where the Rich & Famous live. Good way to travel to many restaurants. (no drinking &... More

We enjoyed using the water taxi in Ft. Lauderdale as transportation for the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show - excellent method! Captains were information and entertaining, rides were efficient and quick. Absolutely recommend!

The Water Taxi ($22 for on/off all day) is a great way to see the sights of the Fort Lauderdale waterways - the mansions, yachts, motor cruisers, and waterfront restaurants. It's good value and the commentary light-hearted and amusing.

This is a good way to get from A to B in an interesting way-the drivers will tell you about the houses and boats along the way and are very knowledgeable. It stops at many popular spots as well. It is a slow go though so if you are in a hurry I suggest not using it-but if you want... More

It is well worth the ticket to take a tour of Fort Lauderdale from the water taxi. The guides are well informed and have lots of knowledge about the yachts and homes of the rich and famous. The beach 3 blocks from one stop is a must. Many nice eateries along the beach as well.

Adult cost is $22.00 but from stop 12 (il Lugano hotel) to stop 1 ( Las Olas) total time is 4 to 5 hours if you just get on and ride. I started at 3 pm and arrived back at hotel at 7:45. Do not believe the 3 hour story!! That said ...outside of the Doubletree transfer to another boat.... More

I was looking forward to riding on the water taxi for our first time last night. We called before because I am using a wheelchair but can stand and transfer and I wanted to know what I would face. I also read the website and checked the timing and pickup and drop off times, so we thought we were well... More

It's a very pleasant, convenient way to move around Fort Lauderdale and get to see the rich part of it. The ticket costs $22, but it's valid all day long and it's possible to get on and off any time at any place.
