Experience a little southern hospitality on this "All You Wish to Eat" BBQ Ribs, Chicken and Shrimp Dinner Cruise served family style with all the trimmings. Enjoy a pleasant and humorous commentary by the Captain about the many interesting sights and beautiful homes you'll see as we cruise up the New River, past Millionaire's Row, en route to our tropical isle to enjoy dinner and a hilarious Variety Show. The show is followed by a moonlit ride back to the dock. More than 18 million guests over the years have enjoyed the fun-filled, relaxing evening aboard. A unique evening you'll talk about, laugh about and always remember. There is nothing else like it. Jungle Queen also offers fully narrated daily Sightseeing Cruises up the historic New River past plush waterfront homes, downtown Fort Lauderdale, a bit of the Everglades and a stop-off at our tropical isle to see rare birds, monkeys and an alligator exhibition. The only true way to see Fort Lauderdale. « less

Worth the MONEY!! My family, daughter 12 son 16 my wife and I all had a great time. The tour takes approximately 3 hours. It was very interesting info provided by the guide and the sites and bird/gator camp was awesome.. Go see for yourself..

We did the 3 hour morning cruise with no meal. We were a party of 4 (2 adults, 2 children (10,13)). We all enjoyed the trip and felt it was worth the money. This trip allows for you to see the canals and parts that you would not be able to see just by driving around. The main theme of... More

Boat was old and in need of a good scrubbing. Bathrooms looked clean but smelled moldly. Staff was friendly, knowledgable and funny but for what it is used for it is suffice. The island itself isn't all that big or what it appears to be but it was a fun getaway for kids.

Usually I would never comment on something like this one, but since I did not ask for a refund from the Jungle Queen management, I felt compelled to leave this necessary warning to anyone remotely interested in trying this as an entertainment event. The cruise up the New River is nice, but the commentating from the Ozzie character gets a... More

The river boat cruise is a great way to check out Fort Lauderdale's finest sights. The dinner cruise includes all-you-can-eat ribs, chicken and shrimp, with all the trimmings of a good BBQ dinner. The tour guide Ozzie is pretty funny, with some corny jokes but overall entertaining. The tour lasts about 4 hours; 1 hour each way, 1 hour dinner... More

I enjoyed looking at the houses of people who have a ton more money than I do. The food at the island was average. The bench seating gave no privacy which I was hoping for at least a little to talk to my wife. It was loud in cafeteria seating. The show after dinner, my god, a ventriloquist? I wanted... More

Loved the little island zoo, the drinks were cold and the people that work there are very nice The crew on the boat were pleasant, knowledgeable and funny. Rhonda was awesome, we really appreciated that she took the time and... More

It was a fun time, even for our little children. There's no parking close by unless you have a handicap permit so be prepared to pay and walk a little distance. Once on board don't expect to be sitting in the most comfortable seats with any decent legroom. We had to push our row back to get a little extra... More

35 years ago I took a trip on the Jungle Queen in Fort Lauderdale......time to return! Still a great way to see all the yachts and houses to drool over. Capt. Steve was an amusing and informative guide Rain came on as we were coming back to port but still didn't spoil the "cruise"! Trip takes about 2 hours and... More
