A "Must" in Fort Lauderdale for 78 years! Experience a little southern hospitality on this "All You Wish to Eat" BBQ Ribs, Chicken and Shrimp Dinner Cruise served family style with all the trimmings. Enjoy a pleasant and humorous commentary by the Captain about the many interesting sights and beautiful homes you'll see as we cruise up the New River, past Millionaire's Row, en route to our tropical isle to enjoy dinner and a hilarious Variety Show. The show is followed by a moonlit ride back to the dock. More than 18 million guests over the years have enjoyed the fun-filled, relaxing evening aboard. A unique evening you'll talk about, laugh about and always remember. There is nothing else like it. Jungle Queen also offers fully narrated daily Sightseeing Cruises up the historic New River past plush waterfront homes, downtown Fort Lauderdale, a bit of the Everglades and a stop-off at our tropical isle to see rare birds, monkeys and an alligator exhibition. The only true way to see Fort Lauderdale.

They had food, drinks, and a beautiful view. They take you on a tour on a river and tell you thing about the houses. They take you on this little island where they have more fun for the family. They have different types of birds, alligators shows, you can take pictures with alligator, and there is food and drinks as well.

I really was not looking forward to this trip. My prejudice was in thinking it would be very cheesy and lame! I was wrong though! It was a fun boat ride! Captain Louis was very funny. The food was good and the entertainment too!

My family has ridden the Jungle Queen 3 times - once when we first moved to Fort Lauderdale (a great introduction) and twice with out-of-town guests. We did the 3 hour afternoon tours with a stop at their island. We bought discount tickets through Groupon. Arrive early for the best seats which are on the upper level on the right... More

We went a least 5 times to jungle Queen the last time before last week , was in 2009. The price went up and the food went down (no more desert is offered) the boat is old and dirty and the show is the same since we went in 2009... the boat ride is nice, we liked it but would... More

Got to see some amazing houses and boats. You can't really see these houses from the main streets. The tour guide explained who these houses belong to and some history of the area. The tour was well worth it. A nice afternoon on the water, would definitely do it again!

Captain louis has alot to say, sometimes too much to say. nice to have a little break to get off the boat at the island & watch the gator show. So I would recommend looking into this boat ride, we enjoyed it!

Went with my son and his new girlfriend from Germany and my Niece and her family. Any time we have company here in South Florida we have to take them on this boat. It really gives them an overview of the "Mega Rich" lifestyle a lot of Floridian's enjoy. It go's by a lot of the homes of the rich... More

Awful. Seats on boat, dinning area, and "theater" were uncomfortable. trip to Island was informative and uncomfortable.Upon arrival to Island we were "herded" into dinning area. Not able to choose seating. Wait staff was inadequate. It was all you could eat but could staff was slow and not trained well for the amount of people on hand. Show was ok.... More

The initial price for JQ seems a bit steep but they do offer a number of specials to lower the admission fee so look around the Web for discounts . I've been on this dinner mini-cruise more than 5 times and have enjoyed it every time. My daughter is always eager to go on stage during the variety show. This... More
