Lots of interesting restaurants ranging from so so to very nice. Parking is not so great but once you find a place to park you walk anyway. Loads of shops, used to be a pretty trendy place, now more tourist stuff . If you are staying in a hotel there it is nice to walk and pick a place to... More

Interesting. Lots of tourists. One shop worker was so stoned and argumentative. Said he sometimes just forgets to put prices on things. Overheard him making a drug deal for later. Most shops are hit and miss. Typical beach shops. Some people were very nice, others not so much.

Nice area and decent restaurants but remember a few years back things seemed more lively in the past...I am older now and raveled w children but things seemed more quiet and many spots have closed down my opinion but could use a bit more life and night spots.

If you're in Fort Lauderdale, you have to visit Las Olas Boulevard. Although the shops and restaurants tend to cater to an upper class clientele, shopping here is still fun. Lots of art galleries, plenty of restaurants and exclusive boutiques. While you are there, you must visit Kilwins for some of the best ice cream and home made fudge. If... More

The array of restaurants and shops is mind-boggling. A very fun place to spend an afternoon, especially if you enjoy different types of food and lots of really nice shops. All of the restaurant/shop owners and workers were very friendly and helpful. If you plan to visit Las Olas Blvd, be sure to bring lots of money, as most everything... More

Stopped off from the water taxi. Most of the shops are very high end and too expensive for my taste. It was nice to see but not worth recommending.

Initially it wasn't clear exactly where about on Las Olas Boulevard this area was but it was alot further down than we thought. Nice drive down Las Olas Boulevard on the way though, interesting houses to see. Good variety of shops for window shopping in the small downtown section but we weren't really tempted inside. We went to eat and... More

You'd better really like $120 pairs of jeans or browsing at expensive art galleries if you think baking in the sun walking down Las Olas Boulveard is a good way to spend a hot August afternoon. We were looking for a touristy experience but the majority of the shops are filled with overpriced clothes and several other storefronts are real... More

Las Olas comes alive as evening approaches. Daytime is the time to walk the sidewalks to have time to spend in the shops. Florida heat makes you come back in the evening for the full experience. Street parking is horrible but plenty of parking is available behind the stores. There are many dining places and lots of different types of... More
