A vibrant street lined with numerous restaurants offering a wide variety for almost every palate from cozy Italian and French restaurants to the Lobster Bar Sea Grille and well known Cheesecake Factory, as well as a number of trendy boutiques and art galleries that stay open late enough for you to browse after you've had dinner. Most of the restaurants... More

I visited in the afternoon to see all the artist showing their work for sale created in different mediums. It was really enjoyable. There were also some galleries on the boulevard that was a nice compliment. I stopped in a clothing and accessory store where all the items were designed by the owner and made locally in Florida. It was... More

All the great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. We stayed at The Riverside Hotel, so were able to walk to numerous shops and try out various restaurants along Las Olas. If you got too tired or loaded down with shopping bags, then you could take the trolley or river taxi back to the hotel.

There are over 40 restaurants to choose from on this main boulevard. We ate at Asia Bay, a great place for sushi and Thai food. Kilwins was good for ice cream and fudge.

This used to be a great shopping street, apparel, gifts and art galleries. Many of the old shops have closed and the apparel shops are few and far between. A lot of abandoned buildings as you get closer to the beach.
