this is a fun place to stroll or drive down, considered a main strip, it has the best concentration of restaurants with outdoor seating. Nice stores. The closer to the buildings of Ft lauderdale the better the restaurants. Worth a stroll or drive for sure.

Las Olas is a very nicely designed REAL boulevard, with tree-lined walkways and many activities. Unlike most shopping streets with one clothing store after another, Las Olas has a nice mix of retail, restaurants, galleries, and what's-it stores. A must visit that can last for several hours, and it keeps you coming back for more.

We eat at Mangoes which was lovely and visited YOLO bar. Classy area but a must see. The Sunday farmers market was lovely and the Greek yoghurt and granola were tasty

It was a nice little easy but most the shops were crazy overpriced. I couldn't bring myself to pay for anything in a store that was selling a vintage green day shirt for $108 eve if it was 60% off. The window shopping was fun and checking out the prices on the real estate was neat too.

Wide selection of restaurants and unique art galleries. We ate at the Paris Cafe with an outside table - very nice experience. Parking is a pain - some coin meters, some credit card meters, a phone-in system which we never did get to work - but commercial lots/garages are available.

Grab a sidewalk table at Indigo, order a drink and the smoked fish dip and enjoy. Stroll around and window shop. Check out the art gallery and watch a painter at work.

If you are in a decent shape, this area is walkable from Beach Blvd. This is the main street in Ft.Lauderdale full of shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. Have a seat and watch people and fancy cars passing by. And after that take water taxi back to your hotel, if you are staying near beach.

This is considered to be "down town" Fort Lauderdale and has lots of restaurants and bars and good shops. It's very chic as their are wTerfront properties and people park their huge boats right up to the road frontage. Very nice for a stroll and to choose a good res tau rant for dinner ( there are lots to choose... More
