When in South Florida Las Olas Blvd is a must go to place for fine food, shopping, and people watching. It is an "IN" place to see and be seen. Antique shops, dessert places, and fine food restaurants line both sides of the strip. Traffic flow is slow but it makes the seeing that much better. It is a great... More

Very fancy and dressy area of town. High-end shopping with down to earth shoppers. Specialty Boutiques galore.

Las Olas Blvd is not for you average tourist. It's full of independent, pricey, eclectic shops that are very taste specific. The only common place that I recognized was The Cheesecake Factory. Stop in a couple bars but didn't purchase anything. Tattoo shop was pricey as well.

Out taking in the sights while on vacation...took the water taxi to various stops and Las Olas Boulevard was on our list. We stopped in the cigar shop made a purchase then walked the Boulevard looking for a place to eat. A lot of restaurant choices but we chose to have dinner at the Mango Restaurant. Great food, drinks and... More

There are neat shops here. But I come to Las Olas for the restaurants. I've eaten at several of them. Generally the food is good. I also come for drinks, including beer and wine. And, of course, there's people-watching.

Las Olas Boulevard is truly something to see. It is long and leafy. It is not exactly for the common herd, though you never know what might happen. It is for eating, and trying not to succumb to the siren song of sweet smelling stores, prosperous looking people who arrive in gleaming cars. I want to BE them; I want... More

Love walking downtown on Las Olas. A few too many art galleries with bad art, or wildly expensive art, but never dull. Some good restaurants worth trying, too. Nice to see the city trying not to overbuild the Boulevard, keeping its small-town, old-time feel.

There are a variety of restaurants to choose from, as well as a variety of cuisines, art galleries, ice cream shops and all types of clothes shops. My daughter was totally impressed with a retro fashion clothing store. What an evening!
